“We were very pleased with the whole experience. Service was great. I think the cheeseburger was the best I have had in a while eating out. Definitely try the onion rings. Dining outside was fabulous with wonderful views of the lake. Next time we will take the boat over and tie up at the marina for break during fishing.
Skiatook Lake has it all.”

“10/25/23. Just had my first Buffalo experience. It was fantastic. Had the chopped beef sandwich and also ordered a baloney sandwich. Both were huge and the taste was outstanding. Sauce is very good too. Will definitely be back soon 👍💯🦬”

“An Oasis in the middle of the desert. I was hungry but didn't know how far more I could push it and then I saw this little truck, it looked as if it were saying to me: Come over and be refreshed! And so... I did!
I ordered a burrito, but just so you know the Super burrito has beans and rice avocado. The supreme does not, it only has the meat and vegetables. Then there is a basic burrito. 🤔🫢🤭

They take cards, the menu is simple but carries the classics. Prices are average. A plus was the gazebo with tables and benches. A quick bite under a refreshing outdoor setting is really the way to go.

“Texans know BBQ, (and yes I am a proud and happy transplant to Oklahoma because I married an incredible Skiatook raised man). I can now say Mac’s knows how to do BBQ at the top of the 10 star chart! The turkey breast was juicy and had an incredible medium kick and the jalapeño/cheese sausage is REAL LINK SAUSAGE THAT IS OVER THE TOP and made like sausage is supposed to be! The sides I chose were the cheesy potatoes and were outstanding but the Cole Slaw was the best I have ever had. Mr. Green! Please open one in OWASSO! I wanted to meet him so bad, just to tell him, he belongs in the TEXAS MONTHLY TRAIL OF AMAZING BBQ! That says a mouthful! Hats off to this Okie for topping out my places to eat.”

“First off, the service was top-tier. There was a group of 8 of us, and we were celebrating a birthday. Alex was our server. He made us all feel like the most important people in the room and made sure to run us through the menu. Alex REALLY knows his stuff.
We started off with Dirty Martini's. They were excellent. We took all of his recommendations. For appetizers, we had crab cakes and the house bacon. Possibly the best crab cake experience I've had. We went with the family style approach on the main courses. We all shared the Halibut with broccolini, a very tasty, cooked to perfection table steak. It had the perfect char, yet was buttery amd melt in your mouth. The sides we chose were the lobster mac, crispy brussels, and the thick cut house fries. All were as desired and then some. 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanted a great dining experience.”

“Randomly made a reservation at the bar for my boyfriend and I and so glad we did! I believe the bartender was Sean (Shawn?). And he was PHENOMENAL. Every question we had was met with an impressive suggestion, explanation, or direction. The drinks were incredible, including the special dedication he took with the non-alcoholic options. The food alone was in its own class; please do yourself a favor and get the hamachi-bap table side! Marvelous date night in a marvelous place!”

“What is there not to love about Dead Armadillo? I was introduced to this little gem through my rescue (Oklahoma Pet Collective Society) which DA helps support. I admit, I typically hate beer. The only beer drink I’ve EVER actually liked came from DA; it’s their pickle beer (literally so good) mixed with a special Bloody Mary mix. Out of this world. The outside back garden/dog park area is the best in Tulsa. This is a really great little place to just chill and relax and have some fun with friends and family, including the furry members.”

“Julie (our waitress) was incredible. Extremely polite, prompt and fast. Good was delicious and pricing can’t be beat. Highly recommend the chicken fried chicken (Julie recommended it to me and she was spot on). Will definitely be back next time I’m in Tulsa.”
