Arby’s is Arby’s. The amount of product you get (roast beef wise) varies pretty often, so never sure if you’ll actually get a double or regular. My biggest issue is that you NEVER get napkins when going through the drive thru.

The guys who was working was disrespectful. First we were at the drive-thru and they didn't answer so drove to the window and the guy said you know we have a drive thru speaker. He finally took the order but didn't seem to want to take it . The food was nasty . They got the drink and forgot the fries .

Whenever I get a sandwich here it is good, the problem is thr fries. I used to love Arby's curly fries. Now, all I get in a large order of curly fries is 4-5 edible fries and the rest is chopped up inedible bits and pieces that are too hard to even chew. I don't know how the quality control has gone down this much but at this point I'm not buying something I can only eat 1/4 of. It's ridiculous that you would give your customer that.

Dined in and it was a mess inside. Something wet was on the floor when we arrived and remained there after we left. We wiped down the table but it looked like they hadn't been attended to for awhile.

Attention to details is not their strong point. I ordered on the app. It allows you to request the appropriate sauce for items ordered. My order included ketchup, Arby’s sauce, horsey sauce and honey mustard. I arrived to pickup and the food wasn’t ready, worker asked about the sauce and told her what we wanted. She had me pull up to wait. Received the food and the curly fries were fresh from the fryer. Yay! Unfortunately the rest of the food was only warm and no sauce except some Arby’s sauce, one ketchup and one honey mustard for four meals. The worker even stated the she put all the sauce in a certain bag. Moral of the story: check the bags before you’re halfway home.

These are the online order and lobby order of jamocha shakes i got (respectively). They tasted so much like vanilla I assumed it was a simple mistake, and went back inside to ask. The lady at the front seemed ready for that question though. I absolutely don't understand where the rudeness came from. She was rude taking the lobby order as well. Did not even bother to put whipped cream or drizzle on the shakes.
The dining room had cleaning supplies scattered, but that's completely understandable as it was time to pre close. This Arby's is sort of notorious for its quality here, but I haven't ever had issues with a milkshake... but its not even the same color. It only takes one extremely unwelcoming and rude employee for me to not want to come back, just for risk of interacting with her.

Chicken tenders were horrible. Took one bite and into the trash they went. Curly fries were not freshly made. They were slightly Luke warm but we only like them fresh and hot. 2nd bad experience at the Stillwater Arby's. Sigh.
