Called to do a pickup order. They said yeah, passed me to someone else. I told them what I wanted. They repeated it back then laughed at me and hung up. I havnt had Arby's sense I was a kid thought I wanted to try it again. Guess not learn basic customer service skills please.

We ordered delivery the food was great still hot when we received it. However we ordered extra Arby's sauce and didn't get any not even the one that was supposed to come with the meal.we didn't receive napkins or spoons for our shakes either. The delivery guy was great he was friendly and took good care of our order.

I came through the drive thru and I was shocked by how great the service was. The girl with the purple and black hair served me and she was very kind and made sure that I got everything I ordered including the vast amount of Arby’s sauce I asked for. Would dine again!

Arby’s is Arby’s. The amount of product you get (roast beef wise) varies pretty often, so never sure if you’ll actually get a double or regular. My biggest issue is that you NEVER get napkins when going through the drive thru.

The guys who was working was disrespectful. First we were at the drive-thru and they didn't answer so drove to the window and the guy said you know we have a drive thru speaker. He finally took the order but didn't seem to want to take it . The food was nasty . They got the drink and forgot the fries .
