I love this place. My only complaint is that I cannot leave without getting those peanut butter little protein cakes, which I think are very bad for my waist line.

Generally good! Drinks can sometime be a little different than what you would expect and Aspen’s coffee isn’t my favorite, it’s still a great option. A special shoutout to Katie who always gives great service with a really good attitude!

Don't go here. They are rude and up tight. They used to be good. I think that's why their good one left

I have always loved Aspen but it seems like every time we go to the drive thru location they don’t make our drinks right. I always get a mocha granita and it’s really all over the place with what we receive. Today’s version was so unblended that it was like drinking crunchy pieces of sugar. That’s the only way I know how to explain it. Which is sad because we like to support local businesses, but have left disappointed more often than not (at least for this specific location). Also, they’re ALWAYS out of sausage rolls and there usually seems to be a lot of socializing going on inside. I don’t love leaving reviews, especially negative ones but it seems like this specific location needs a little better guidance from their management.

Thank you Matt for helping me add a special touch to the Welcome Bags for my daughter’s wedding guests. What a better way to represent Stillwater than Aspen Coffee! Thank you for your kindness, professionalism, and overall great service!

I always have to hit the drive thru location of Aspen Coffee whenever I am in Stillwater. I highly recommend their Chai or for a cooler option, the Chainana blended drink.

I have been working with Aspen for about two months now, and have been incredibly disappointed. I previously frequented Aspen a lot, and based on my experiences with the service and employees, decided to work with them at the beginning of the semester. I have found out that quality employees are not valued. The employees at drive are great, depending on who you are working with. There are a couple of employees that hold a lot of power due to their friendship with a specific manager. Communication is one of the major things that the managers stress, and yet certain employees (and managers) are very non-communicative with their coworkers when problems arise, and choose to run to the manager any time a minor misunderstanding or miscommunication happens. The managers handle things incredibly unprofessionally... more like "he said - she said" high school drama than a strict conversation about work expectations. The workers do not respect the managers due to miscommunication and lack or respect between them. Some employees badmouth customers while making drinks, and choose to do things quickly and don't care if they mess up an order if they don't know/like you. Friends of employees are often not charged, and you may get charged extra if the person ringing you up doesn't like how you are interacting with them. Good employees are made to pick up slack for the favored employees, who are usually not pulling their weight because they know they can get away with it.Aspen is made out to be a great, professional business model, and yet there are lots of health and safety violations that is the fault of both employees and managers. The working conditions are often unsanitary, and in my time working there, I was electrocuted and nearly encountered an electrical fire due to unsafe working conditions.I am not just a former employee spouting things off out of spite, but rather am choosing to inform the public on some of the things that are going on. If you are a customer and feel like something isn't right or that something is going on with your experience, you are more than likely on target. I would absolutely not recommend working for Aspen, especially at the drive-through location. I sincerely hope the managers are able to hire some good new employees that value their job, and that things begin to straighten out for the company.

The staff at the Aspen drive-through are so incredibly friendly, and they make my favorite drink perfectly every single time. They really don’t miss! I love to support local businesses, and the staff here make it easy to do. Thanks y’all!
