We went for lunch after a doctors appointment next door looking to eat and take some home for tonight. Let's start with no ribs at all. How does a BBQ establishment not have ribs. So we ordered burnt ends one with no sauce. Was told we get them with no sauce but late ask because they are cooked in sauce. No big deal, just no extra. They come out covered in sauce and cold as ice. These were not fresh nor were they put on the grill to. I don't know, maybe warm the from the fridge. To say we were disappointed for our first and last time coming is sad since it is right next to the doctors office and we drive an hour and a half to come here. It would have made an easy stop as we love BBQ.

Food was ok, but there are better options for bbq. However the extensive menu was interesting! Atmosphere esthetic was cool but they had a live band that was not enjoyable for sober folks. Staff was more interested in each other and the bar crowd than other customers.

The meat was cold and dry. Coleslaw no flavor. On a Friday night. I guess I got the leftovers from the day before. Ever since it was sold and moved not the same

The service was fast and friendly. I ordered burnt ends, fries, a roll, and calf fries. The calf fries were okay, but they were NOT fresh they were frozen then fried. The fries to me were lacking in flavor. The burnt ends were ok but not something I would re-order. The food on the plate cost over $20. I would say the best things about this place is they have a variety of adult beverages and the staff is very friendly.

They had quite a menu. The meat options were aplenty. If you like BBQ you would like this place for convenience.

We had two generously sized sandwiches with a basket of hand cut fries. We weren't disappointed. The meats were perfectly cooked, moist, and tender. The fries are very good.

Vegetarian options: I didn't think about it at the time, but they had a three sides special that could easily make a vegetarian meal.

Food was subpar for the price. Waitress got mad when they made my order wrong and I asked to have it remade. Instead they brought out cold sausage. Atmosphere and cleanliness was good

Incredible service, middling/mediocre BBQ.

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of space, especially outdoor space.

First time I came here was with my wife during lunch on a weekend. It was so loud that we had to leave. I just went today, a Friday afternoon for lunch. There were maybe 12 customers in the place. The food was all right but was overpriced by at least 35%. Paid $21.95 for a sandwich in the side. To get the same thing at Swadley's for about $15.95. and Swadley's has a better atmosphere. So, been there twice, ate there once, won't go back.

Food isn’t their problem. Their service has been terrible for years and hasn’t gotten any better. Out of our last 8 visits the service was good once. Two of those were call in orders, and neither were the good service. There is one particular woman who does most of the trashy rude behavior -even when she isn’t the employee helping you, she is loud hateful and condescending to the other workers. The food is not worth sitting in that negative atmosphere.

Stopped in for lunch while in the area for work. I had heard this place was really good. First off I want to say the service was amazing! Extremely helpful, knowledgeable staff that was a pleasure to interact with. It’s walk up order and seat/serve yourself. We had questions and they answered no problem.
Now on to the three stars…
I ordered the stuffed spud with brisket. My associate ordered the smoked sausage platter with chips and potato salad.
The brisket honestly tasted like pot roast. I didn’t get a smoke flavor and it was really dry. The smoked sausage was also not very smoked and was cold. The bbq sauce was delicious. I think that was my favorite item I tasted.
I always encourage everyone to form their own opinions but mine is this.. unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be returning to bad brads. =[

Food was good, but the wait was horrendous. Waited over 20 minutes for two sandwiches. Noticed eat in customers didn’t have their food either.

We love the selection of smoked meats and BBQ. This visit we ordered a pulled pork sandwich with okra and the fish tacos. The fish was mild and smoked, the best I have ever had. Try them!

TERRIBLE! Waited 1.5 hours and they told us still 7 orders in front of us. Lots of empty tables. BBQ should have already been cooked!! Wasn’t apologetic or seem to care but said we could have our money back.
