Guy at counter was very nice, boyfriend loved the strawberry gelato and friend loved the peanut butter and dark chocolate split. Very rich which helped offset the price. Super cool gelato machine and seating, liked the clean ambience.

If you are going to Stillwater, or just passing thru: you NEED to go here! The gelato is amazing and the lady behind the counter is friendly and welcoming. They have coffee as well, but can’t speak for that. Just go for the gelato 😎

Nice surprise today while in from out - of - town trying to locate a specialty shop for icecream. The combos for 3 sorbets ( dairy- free) raspberry, chocolate chip gelato were amazing. Great tunes provided the atmosphere and a very clean place. Hubby had drip coffee black that was one of the smoothest cofeee he’s had. Bean roasting area in picture.

The owners of Blue Spruce have truly cultured one of the warmest and welcoming environments any coffee or ice cream connoisseur could ask for. The staff as well as the business owners have ALWAYS exceeded my expectations in terms of customer service. The quality and care that goes in to the coffee and gelato is top-notch and worth every penny. Colby roasts all of the coffee in house and is very committed to not only the integrity of his bean sourcing, but also the flavor development of the coffee itself and is truly a master of his craft. There is no other coffee shop in town that even comes close to the quality produced by Blue Spruce. They even sell bags of coffee in their store! Literally the freshest coffee you will ever get your hands on ❤️❤️❤️
