My to-go order was forgotten, brought out cold and the entire staff was rude about their mistakes. I asked for nothing other than fresh food and they staff flocked around like I was a freak show. The manager didn’t care and blamed everything on being too busy and that DoorDash orders took priority as my order took an hour for some chicken strips.
This order was for my husband, I already won’t eat here.

Love coming here, we are regulars. Today our waiter Sadie, changed this. We didn’t get a refill on our drinks not once. When we asked questions they were followed by an empty reply with no actual answer. She training another lady, I hope she gets trained to be better than Sadie.

I’ve ate here multiple times and over the past year the service at this location keeps getting worse. We came here today as a family of five and were seated and 10mins later we still didn’t get a waitress to stop by our table. I asked the hostess and she said she would get someone but after a few more minutes we decided to just leave. Not sure we will be back.disappointing as we really like BWW but management just doesn’t do a good job of training staff or upholding standards.

My group stopped in yesterday after the Kstate/OSU game. We were told it would be a 25 min wait. After 45 minutes we went in to see where we were at on the list and were told by the hostess that the kitchen wasn’t allowing any one else to be seated because they were so behind on orders and it would be another hour before they could seat us. We were all so thirsty from being at the game and out in the heat we asked if we could just sit and at least get some water and we would be happy to sit and wait until they were ready to take our order and we were told no. We ended up deciding to leave, among with many other large groups. I bet they lost out on several hundred dollars worth of sales during this period. It’s a college town on game day, you guys should be able to handle a crowd. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!

If I could leave ZERO stars i would! Staff wouldn't even ask us what drinks we wanted. We just sat and sat while everyone played on their phones or did absolutely nothing. Will never come back to this location. Sad.

We never got to the food because we were never served in the time that we were there.We watched multiple service people stand around and talk.However no one waited on us
Had to wait 1hr and a half for appetizer. Another half hrs for main course. My son's order came out wrong. He ordered a hamburger with mayo, lettuce, pickles and onoins. Came with nothing but meat and bun.My wife's nachos were cold and the order was wrong. We came to watch a football game and eat but left early cause everything was messed up. We where there for two and a half hrs. Also the tea was unsweetened when we received it after a 20 min wait. The waitress did her best so I gave her a good tip. But I think we will go to chili's next time cause it was not worth the $80 dollars we spent.

Sadly, my bf and I had a not so great experience this time. We went for a lunch date as he was off of work and I had an hour for lunch. We waited 40 mins for two salads. We were one of five tables in the whole dining area. And yeah the salads had chicken strips on them but that still seems long. But it was good, I just wish I didn't have to shove a few mouthfuls down before going back to work.

I would avoid. The food was pretty disappointing. We have tried other Buffalo and was hoping this would be better. Not at all. Service also forgot about us over an hour wait for our food as well. Go to Chilis

they got rid of the buffalo chips. made portion sizes small and made everything cost more. I order online and see side options for wings, i come to dine in and suddenly that’s not an option? also didn’t let me bring a drink in that i had just bought from elsewhere, (a water), because they’re a bunch of money grabbers. i know they just hire some random to reply to these google reviews but go ahead and tell corporate they’re stuck up for me would ya?😂
