Their always slow whether it's one person in front of you or nobody in front of you. Mediocre food and yeah.
There were only 2 tables including us and it took almost 30 minutes get the food. Almost every single table dirty. They had to ask us if we got our food. The buns are so incredibly dry. Its a like a burger king signature at this point. The worst part was the employee hygiene. I'm not even that picky of a person I swear tg this is the worst hygiene I have EVER seen. Theres a big guy in there that looks like he BATHED in the grease from the grill or something, his hair was just soaked in grease and has a full beard. Most of them just look gross and I won't be going back. It grossed me out so bad I just wanted to ask for my money back and leave. When you think about how unhygienic they are and they don't wear gloves and handle your food it makes me wonder why I even eat out anywhere at all because people really don't care. Just there to collect a paycheck.

Only one employee, taking and making orders for both the front counter PLUS the drive-thru customers WHILE the shift Manager and two other employees, were sitting in the lobby, offering no teamwork?? It's disturbing and it's fair enough to review this with their Corporate office.

Terrific staff, friendly, fun Best chicken nuggets I have ever had! Disappointed in the hamburger, too thin so none of that great fire cooked taste. I'll be back for the nuggets for sure!

This time it was pretty good. It's usually very disappointing. They never have whatever they're advertising. There are many times they don't even have regular menu items. This time they had what I wanted and the staff was friendly. I was pleasantly surprised and hopefully optimistic.

This isn't the worst BK, it's adequate. However beware of the app. They will only give a partial refund if they don't have your item in store and give you 30 days to use the "credit". Insane. Basically took a dollar for not having it and gave me the other 3$ back with a deadline to use.
