Lets start with a baseball tournament, 60 people to feed, prep time/notice of 2 days and with certain requests, this caterer not only provided what we needed, but also what we wanted, even after several schedule changes with rain delays! Everything was exceptional from the service to the food and even dessert. Best cookie I have ever tasted in my life, I do not exaggerate.
