The foods good for lunch, my biggest problem is they don't ask for your name anymore, so I can't use my preferred name. They just put down what's on the card. Most of the cashiers don't even look you in the eye anymore, just ask for the order, take your card, and hand you the receipt. This used to be the friendliest Chick-Fil-A I'd been to and now all the new hires can't even have the decency to ask what your name is.

Food was not up to chick fil a standards. Bun was dry and stale. Unexeptable for a quality restaurant like chick fil a.

Not open for breakfast. Slower than anything on earth. 20 minutes usually for one combo meal. Unacceptable. Whoever runs and owns it doesn’t even have milkshakes on the menu. Pure junk.

I understand that this is an extremely busy location, but this has to be the slowest Chick-fil-A. If you come at a busy time like lunch or dinner, be prepared to wait 20 minutes standing in line, and another 30 waiting for your food. Most of the time, there’s a few employees standing in the back not preparing orders while fries and sandwiches are ready and need to be bagged. It’s not that they’re waiting on food to come out they are just extremely slow and putting together the orders.

The Student Union CFA doesn't offer variations in the menu. If you want regular stuff from the menu, it's good and the service is quick.

Honestly one of the better chick-fil-a's I've been too. This one is rarely bad and it's packed out the door with orders.
