Ordered 2 Sausage egg biscuits through the drive thru. After waiting for biscuits to be made. Ended up with 1 Sausage egg and 1 sausage cheese biscuit. Never fails, they try to put cheese on every biscuit.

Prices have gotten out of control. Food portions are ridiculous. Since when have you been able to roll over the wrapper for brownie twice. This brownie is literally half the size it is supposed to be. Cutting portions is losing you customers.

This Chick-fil-A restaurant was so crowded inside that it was difficult to even find the end of the line leading to the counter to place our order.
I had my young grandchild with me and all of the chaos and loud shouting from both children and parents were unsettling to her.
The staff seemed to be trying to keep up with the cleaning but they were fighting a losing battle. This store has a playground for little ones to play in. However, the majority of the children in the play area far exceeded the posted height limit. They were climbing all over and under, they knocked down the smaller children and created an unsafe environment.
My grandchild was disappointed that she could not play with the other children but it would have been foolish to allow her to play, knowing that she would probably be harmed. I did see staff check the playroom several times but they did nothing to remove the older, most reckless children in keeping with their own policies.
