This Chick-fil-A restaurant was so crowded inside that it was difficult to even find the end of the line leading to the counter to place our order.
I had my young grandchild with me and all of the chaos and loud shouting from both children and parents were unsettling to her.
The staff seemed to be trying to keep up with the cleaning but they were fighting a losing battle. This store has a playground for little ones to play in. However, the majority of the children in the play area far exceeded the posted height limit. They were climbing all over and under, they knocked down the smaller children and created an unsafe environment.
My grandchild was disappointed that she could not play with the other children but it would have been foolish to allow her to play, knowing that she would probably be harmed. I did see staff check the playroom several times but they did nothing to remove the older, most reckless children in keeping with their own policies.

This Chick Fil A does always deliver when it comes to the food, but when it comes to service, order accuracy, and being friendly this location falls well short. They constantly get your order wrong and don’t really seem to care when they do. It feels artificial when they say my pleasure because I know it really isnt, just sad to see this location have that reputation when cfa is known for the exact opposite.
