Chipotle Mexican Grill

I rarely write reviews but the experience I just had deserves a good one! The guys working tonight were AWESOME. I always ask for double chicken in my bowl and they give me like half a scoop extra. The man making the food tonight gave me two heaping scoops of chicken. HUGE amount to the point my jaw dropped and I had to tell him thank you lol. My daughter was being crazy and I was scatterbrained and they were extremely patient and kind. Made our food super fast and everything tastes delicious. Probably the best chipotle experience I’ve had, and I’ve been a regular for years!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Hard to review something I couldn’t even use. The door clearly says open until 11 PM, and online website. So why was it locked at 8:30 with all the lights on like it was still open for business? Staff was inside cleaning, made direct eye contact with me and five others standing outside, and just kept scrubbing. Not a wave, not a word, nothing. Felt like we were in a scene from The Walking Dead, but with less hospitality. Not exactly a warm welcome for someone visiting the area. Ended up taking my business (and my appetite) to Chick-fil-A instead. At least they pretend to like people.

I absolutely love chipotle, however, there was a very rude lady who took my order, she was completely disrespectful and made me look dumb for telling her I was eating here.

Finally made it through a line that wrapped around the store for them to stop and complete 10 large pick up orders and completely stopped the line. Then I paid 20 bucks for a burrito that was not rolled where all the stuff inside the tortilla. Do better.

This is the HANDS DOWN worst Chipotle in the world!!! Yall are straight clowns. I paid for double meat & double corn in my bowl!!! Great job guys yall definitely got that right. You should be real proud of yourselves. If I could give negative stars I would.

I watched a worker ther lie to a fellow door dasher saying the order your here for Is already been picked up and I checked the phone so we're not remaking it when she hand not been checking anything at all she was just throw it TN the windows as fast as she could and whin I confronted her for living she threatened to call the police on me if I didn't leave the store poor worker and poor management

I understand that this is a problem with most Chipotles but the amount of meat we get in our bowl is very inconsistent. Today I got basically 8 pieces of chicken and the employee said I have to pay for “double chicken” if I wanted a little more. I think there should be a scooper that allows for customers to get similar portions each visit. Very dissatisfied and disappointed 12/15/2024.
