I always order the same thing and when I opened my bag this is how I found my bowl. They barely put my bowl together and you think this is ok to serve to people.

I went to Chipotle today and I got my usual the beef barbacoa bowl I sat down immediately to eat it and the meat was lukewarm at best I also asked for extra protein and received a single portion if that but still had to pay for extra! I went up to the front counter and the lady said that there was nothing she could do and that her manager was in a meeting then she said “sorry we don’t have microwaves” and said she can’t do anything! I’m disappointed with the food and especially the customer service! I think they prioritized online orders over in person!

Usually love going to chipotle but recently this location has “run out of everything way before closing time.” Also people who are serving food look like they dont want to be there and have an attitude, not my fault you chose that job.

Clean, welcoming Chipotle with fast, friendly service. My steak rice bowl was flavorful and filling: tender steak, hot rice and beans, and crisp fresh toppings. Generous portions at a fair price. Casual, comfortable spot for a quick lunch. I’ll be back.

If I could give a 0 I would. Every single table had food, lots of food, on it. The area the food is served looked like a tornado hit it - food everywhere, including on the bottom of my bowl. The guy running the register, Devin, was so rude. They told everyone in line they were out of cheese, chicken, veggies, chips, and sour cream. When I look behind the associates I see bags of chips so I asked why I couldn’t buy chips. They said it’s for online orders! So all the people that are standing in front of them are paying for food they can’t have. The other counter where they make to go food had all of the food that they were “out of”. The on shift manager, female with dark hair, was even more rude. We ordered 5 meals; 5 meals that didn’t have half of what we ordered. I asked for a discount and was told “No.”

There’s nothing anyone can do to make these employees happy. Every time I come in it is clear they’d rather be anywhere else and take it out on you, the paying customer.

It doesn’t matter how great the food is if you treat your customers like a nuisance, people will stop coming.

You can’t bank on sorority girls and dikes with something to prove forever.

Received two chicken quesadillas that were unbelievably burnt. The tortilla was fine, but the chicken was burnt and dry. I’ve been waiting to hear back for over a week now. Very disappointing.

Store had a line, but nothing put of the normal. Staff worked like a machine with little to no conversation/ acknowledgement of the people they are helping. The store was messy. Even the counter by the cash register. Im not sure how someone spills their burrito topping there and the staff doesn't immediately clean it up. The portions were smaller than normal unless this is a new thing. Had to ask repeatedly for more rice, more beans, more salsa. If not my bowl to go would have been half of the container they put it in. It seems like they are always out of guacamole. You'd think that would be something they would keep in stock since it is a money maker everytime it's ordered. As dirty as the store was it must not have started out with guacamole because the bin it's been in before was maybe the cleanest thing on the prep line. 1 burrito bowl cost me $22 and I didnt even get offered a receipt. Which i asked for...the food is tasty so I can't say I'll never go back. (because let's face it i will go back)

Staff was very rude and unaccommodating. I needed fresh rice for dietary restrictions and they were very rude and flipping with me and gave me a very weak portion and then they gave me a very weak portion of meat. I had to ask for an extra and they were giving me all kinds of side eye and mean looks the whole time Gave me way too much cheese compared to meat And then they punished my girlfriend by giving her less portions as well. One scoop of Barbacoa is not enough for a regular meal. They also called me names on the way out of the restaurant on September 6 at 2 o’clock. The staff was horrible.
