First visit to Stillwater and wanted to visit a local establishment. Not many options open on Sunday. The sweet peppered bacon cheese fries were amazing along with onion rings and The Fowl Thing chicken sandwich. We were too hungry and forgot to take pictures of the food. Had to get a t-shirt next door afterwards in celebration of their 50 year anniversary. 🤠

An absolute staple if you're in Stillwater!
I've been a couple times and it's such a cool spot right by campus. It's walking distance to the football stadium and basketball arena. Of course that means it's slammed on gamey or the night before (which it was for us).
The famous cheese fries are so good I just had them as my entire meal, no regrets.
Parking: It's near campus so there isn't a ton of parking - but there is a lot across the street we were able to park in, which surprisingly had a couple spots.

They tried to turn canned pork and beans into BBQ beans. Food was mediocre and a bit greasy. Many employees standing around while bathrooms needed cleaning and paper.
