made a special stop here while visiting family nearby as we have heard about them bunch, so glad we did. service was top notch, server was happy to answer all of our questions, had a helpful opinion in getting us the best variety from the menu. the attached shop was glorious, cashiers there were able to help several people in our party find jus the right piece of clothing to take home. cant wait to come back and try some more foods!

Go early, they get crowded fast for a reason. If it's just adults, you can usually get into one of the bars and sit fairly easy, tables are usually a little bit of a wait. The food and atmosphere is great.

Eskimo Joe's is really more about the atmosphere than anything. It's a fun place to be in the service was really good. There are food items that are pretty dang good and then there's some that are just okay. The cheese fries are a must!

I ordered a Swiss, mushroom burger. It was the best burger I've had in 10 or 15 years. Friendly, attentive staff.
Go for the fun environment. The food is marginally OK but definitely try the chili cheese fries!

April 11, 2024: We have eaten here almost every year on our annual Spring trip to Stillwater. It is always good ~ service, food and atmosphere. I got the Blackened Chicken dinner again which I have had before. Delicious! It comes with a choice of sides. I got a side salad and green beans. It also comes with cheese toast and a pineapple ring.April 13, 2024: Went back to Eskimo Joe’s. Got the Blackened Chicken again but this time with fries, a huge portion! I like the potato skin being left on the fries. Also had the orange marmalade sauce with the chicken which really adds a great flavor to this meal. Also had the local (Stillwater) Iron Monk 1890 Blonde Ale craft beer in a souvenir cup and it was very good.
