Paid $21 for a single burger and fries that's wasn't any better than what anyone could make on their own from their backyard grill. Burger was too greasy, and fries had so much salt that I couldn't taste anything else.

What a rip off!!!! $37 for 2 cheese burgers and 1 order of fries. Worse than that I feel like all the ingredients came from Aldi’s. It’s a joke. I almost cancel the order and know I wish I would have.

The food is fine but not nearly good enough to justify the prices.

If you like huge portions, this is the place to go. I have two severe food allergies and was able to eat here without an issue. First time to have French Fries at a restaurant in over 2 years. I will be back.Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating and have accurate knowledge of ingredients so it is easy to check for uncommon allergens.

Our first visit to this chain was great. The burgers are made exactly as you ordered, and the fries were super. I will have to try a chocolate shake next time. The guys behind the counter were professional in appearance and definitely personable, which is refreshing for a young crew in a college town. It is pricey for a hamburger place, but as a treat, it's totally worth it. Looking forward to coming back. ??Parking: Dirty discarded diapers in the parking lot 10 feet from the front door. ??

The fries are the star of the show here. They have the best fries in town. The burgers are good, but WAY over priced for what you get.

I have driven by five guys hamburgers at least a thousand times, I finally went in today and tried it at the urging of an associate. I'm glad I did the burgers were pretty good but the fries are amazing. Just stopping in and getting the fries are worth the trip. They're fresh hand cut and awesome. Now Five Guys is going to be my routine stop for a burger and lots of french fries. The staff was courteous helpful the restaurant was very clean and orderly. Five Guys hamburgers was really good so I do recommend them highly.

So utterly mid and unseasoned it's not even funny. Won't be coming here again. I gave it 2 stars, 1 because it's the lowest rank and then another star because it was somehow edible. Go to Braums across the street for better

Five Guys is a popular burger chain known for its no-frills approach to burgers and fries. The menu is simple, focusing on juicy burgers made with fresh ingredients, customizable toppings, and their signature hand-cut fries. The ordering process is straightforward, and you can choose from a variety of toppings to create your ideal burger. The burgers themselves are flavorful and substantial, with the option to have single or double patties. The toppings range from the classic lettuce, tomato, and onions to more unique options like grilled mushrooms and jalapenos. Their fries are a standout, often lauded for their crispy exterior and soft interior. However, the simplicity of Five Guys' menu might not be for everyone, especially those looking for more diverse food options. The prices can also be a bit on the higher side compared to other fast-food chains, but the quality and portion sizes often justify the cost.Overall, if you're a fan of classic burgers and enjoy the freedom to customize your meal, Five Guys is worth a try. Just be prepared for a casual dining experience and a focus on traditional American fast food favorites done well. The night crew was great even the new guy it was only his 3rd day working!!Parking: 100

The staff are great, no question. Five Guys used to be great, though, but it’s so insanely overpriced now. Like it’s truly absurd. Now that I have a peanut allergy I can’t eat anything from here, but the last two times my husband got something his one meal cost more than 2 meals pretty much anywhere else. It’s not worth that price so we won’t be going back anymore.Dietary restrictions: Don’t come here if allergic to peanuts, they have free peanuts but also use peanut oil to cook with.
