First time visiting the restaurant and when we arrived it wasn’t busy (had seating available), but then they took us to basement seating. It was so quiet that shortly after we were seated we asked if we could go back upstairs. It was very odd and we did not like the atmosphere down there. Almost felt like a dungeon and the host should ask before seating if you have a preference of upstairs or downstairs. The food was great though! The nasty granny was really good but was a lot of food and could be shared probably between three people. The egg Benedict were finger licking good! Really enjoyed everything except the seating!

Ordered a pick up breakfast today and (for the second time) is very disappointing. They took 15-20 min longer to get it ready and the food was underwhelming: 1) the melted cheese (?) on the omelette looked fake, 2) the omelets were too dry, 3) the potatoes were cold (I know it’s cold out but they were considerably colder than the omelets), and 4) the avocado pieces looked frozen. It’s unfortunate because it has the space to be a good breakfast place but the food just keeps being disappointing…

Breakfast seemed really expensive. It was good but not worth the money. Service was fine and the little fruit cup for the baby was special. It was loud and hard to hear table conversation. Staff all seemed pleasant.

Listen, I love Granny’s. I have only eaten there in person and i’ve had great experiences. I tried an online order for a first time and the online ordering isn’t very detailed. I ordered “The Liberty” which said nothing about a pancake but was surprised to find a red, white, & blue pancake (which fine, but i just didn’t know it was included) and it only had me choose how i want my eggs cooked, what meat i wanted, and choose a side. My side of hash browns is missing and pictured is what I was given. Additionally, my coworkers meal had a hair in it☹️

I called in an order at 2:15. They said it would be 15-20 minutes. I showed up 25 minutes later, giving them 5 minutes to make sure it’s complete. I show up and they couldn’t communicate to me, I could barely hear that they didn’t have the order ready. But they said it would be ready in a few minutes. So I end up waiting from 2:25 all the way to 3:00. 40 minutes longer than I should have been waiting.
There was no communication, and couldn’t give me a reason.
I get it if the kitchen is busy and I don’t mind waiting an extra 10 minutes, but 35 minutes is unacceptable. If it was busy, why would you tell me 15-20 minutes. I would’ve showed up later, and wouldn’t have been irritated.
Not to beg for extras, but I would not be here if I was treated like a proper customer.
Very unacceptable. I have always loved this place, but I will not be coming here any time soon.

Used to be our favorite, but after riding an hour to have crepes, find out they were out. Well that’s disappointing to say the least. So everything is prepackaged I suppose. I ordered the stuffed French toast instead. Y’all - they brought me 3 uncrustables that were heated on a grill! No lie! None of the food was very good at our table, just ok. Not like it used to be. Will find a new place for breakfast from now on. On a positive note, our server was great!
Somewhat crowded but food was good. Irish coffee is Baileys Irish Cream in your coffee but was good. Had 7 in our group but staff handled easily. Wait times vary depending on crowd, same as everywhere.
