Im usually a fan of hatch but today that changed because of the services I received. I went it and got seated immediately but sat there for 20 minutes without a single server stopping by. No drink order taken or anything. The restaurant was decently empty, and multiple servers and staff members continued to walk by but not a single person stopped. So after about 20 minutes of zero service we got up and left.

We dined here on a Sunday morning after a football game, so we decided to utilize their "wait list" feature online. When we were #4 on the list we went to stand in line to check in, but received a text that we had been dropped from the waitlist. Aggrevating for sure, we were then put back on the waitlist manually and asked to wait for another 45 minutes for a table. Would never use this feature again, their process is a complete disaster.
That being said, when we were eventually seated the food brought out was tasty. Our server unfortunately had to go back to the kitchen three times for their signature pancake dish, the back and front of the house are not in sync.
Don't think we would go back here again due to the disarray of the management and staff, but nothing bad to say about the food if you could find a day to walk in without the crowds...

This was our first time in the Stillwater restaurant and I was happy to see that the same attention to details and great service we had experienced in the Edmond establishment were also reflected in the Stillwater location. The wait staff is attentive and friendly without being intrusive and the interior is clean, bright and has a good vibe. My husband had a stack of blueberry pancakes which were as delicious as they were decadent in presentation. I had the Monte Cristo sandwich which was good, although not quite what I had expected. Typically this sandwich is battered in a light eggy batter, but this version has a much heavier and doughy batter that, in my opinion, makes this like a breaded bread sandwich rather than the typical French toast-like version. Overall our visit was good experience.

This is a Revised review from a previous one that was negative. Adam the Manager did a fantastic job correcting a previous negative experience into a new Very desirable new one. After being previously short staffed, and in general things don't always go as planned, Adam made my Wife and I a faithful customer in the future, thanks again Adam, Gary Wyatt.

Took my son and me for the first time and all I can say is wow! Finally a place that takes pride in their food and service. We absolutely need more places like this in Stillwater! I found it so comfortable in there and our waiter was so cool! Best food hands down in my opinion! Portions were unbelievable. We will be going back.
