The service here has definitely declined. It seems like they can never get an order right in the restaurant or for to-go orders. My waitress got our drinks and never came back to take our order and had to be flagged down 7 minutes later. The guests next to us also were left staring around. This was early morning with a very empty restaurant. I was given a thin layer of fruit for the price, much less than previous visits so I asked to have a bit more after recognizing only one berry existed of this type. The manager decided to correct me on the type of berries and walked off. After talking to another manager about our concerns, they felt the need to correct me and be condescending. It was clear they did not care about their patrons. I don't really write bad reviews but it felt necessary after so many bad experiences here. I will no longer return.

A must-visit in Stillwater. Excellent breakfast and lunch options, and a great bar! The eggs Benedict options are absolutely amazing, I can't pick a favorite. The hash brown tumblers are a must try! On the sweet side, they have great pancakes and French toast. The OK shaped pancake is unique and very tasty, but plan to share it, it's huge! Mimosa selections on point too!

Unfortunately the food was not good whatsoever. My boyfriend and I ordered the steak and eggs, as did a customer at the table next to us. They informed the other table that they were out of the meal, and then they came to tell us probably 10-15 minutes later. The breakfast burrito that I ordered as a replacement was incredibly greasy and honestly just gross. My boyfriend got the chieftain’s revenge and it was pretty much a pile of mush, as was his french toast . The eggs were completely bland and the side of bacon our friend ordered was supposed to be crispy and it came out looking boiled.
Overall not happy with how the food was prepared at all, and probably won’t be back. However, our server was very kind and tried her best to make our visit better to the best of her ability.

Ordered an hour ahead online for an order to be picked up at a certain time, only to get there and tell me my order isn’t ready. One of the servers then told me after waiting for 20 minutes that my order was being bagged then when I asked after another 10 minutes they said it would be another 15 minutes before I got my order. When you order online you would assume your order if ready when they say it will be especially when you pick a time and hour an hour ahead.

I have to give them a star they don't have negatives. I was excited to try this place but was completely ignored, drinks were overpriced and not made right in the first place and the food was made in old oil and was disgusting. So excited then the worst disappointment and let down. And the waitress chose who they want to serve.
The food Chef's kiss every bite is flavor party and my taste buds are still sending thank you notes The vibe? Think cozy meets cool with the just the right sprinkle of magic. I highly recommend run don't walk

In addition to eating at Hatch for brunch periodically (which is always delicious!), my wife and I recently had Hatch do bartending for our wedding. Adam was super great to work with and put together a great set of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for the event. He and the other staff who served drinks at our reception were very professional and friendly!
