I brought my daughter her sister and her mom for there late Valentine's Day lunch after having the hideaway in Moore for the very first time that blew me away with how nice delicious and respectful they were and on top of it and hearing how this is where hideaway got it all started really makes me question how in the world different menus food was disgusting got told my card declined and am I sure it's a real bank card for it to works after I instructed them to tap it staff was more worried about there social life then caring about the customer I will never take any one to this hell hole even if they were giving away there nasty food was completely embarrassed by the card statement now the one in Moore I would take the president to truly the worst 70 dollars I have ever spent wish google had a negative scale don't fall into the trap hideaway in Stillwater sucks

Didn’t get greeted, only asked how many dining were dining, wasn’t nice at all with her little ginger braid and nasty attitude, and then we got a new waitress who keeps avoiding us. Does that sound like good service to you? We had to ask the host for ranch and boxes because they WOULD NOT come to our table. And y’all expect a tip no ma’am.

Pizza is average, at best. Sauce has no flavor. Fried mushrooms were excellent and the Hideaway Sub is really good.
Suggestion: I was pleasantly surprised that you do not offer online ordering. During the homecoming celebration this weekend the phone lines were tied up for two days. I never got through to place a to go order. I had to physically drive down to the restaurant to even place the order. Then wait for 40 mins in the car to pick it up. I would strongly encourage you to make it easier for people to place a to go order during busy times like homecoming or any other OSU event going on. I get that it was busy this weekend but people still need a way to place an order when the phone lines are tied up. Otherwise the food and staff are always great!!!
I have loved the Hideaway since the first time I went in the early 70's, even helping to put the mural together. The food, ambiance, and staff are all wonderful!
