Went in to get a quick dinner, and the man "Tim" acted like he didn't want to do his job. Asked for a Philly steak with provolone and ketchup. He says we don't carry ketchup, I said actually you do.. it's over there to the right underneath. He rolled his eyes.. wrote out what i wanted for the cook, and then when the cook asked about it, he rolled his eyes and said oh they want ketchup. Then, he was rude the rest of time while making the sandwiches. He was in too much of a hurry (btw we were the ONLY people in there) to want to make the other two sandwiches properly. Instead, he brushed us off rudely to his co-worker and went out back to sit by their door and smoked. He was very unprofessional and definitely is not happy at his Jersey Mike's job. Their lady manager is the best, but unfortunately, with the experience I received, I'm gonna step back from going. I am aware others will go, but I didn't pay $30 for a cold, dry sub because they were too much in a hurry to wanna do sauces. Didn't even get our chips or drinks due to the way he was with us.

Best philly sandwich I've ever had! Me and my husband ordered the phillys. They were hot and melted cheese all over. Delicious. And the kids got other sandwiches and was very pleased with theirs too. The people were friendly and the place was nice and clean.

Just had my food delivered to my home. We sat down too eat and our sandwiches (bread) was HARD. This used too be my go to for sandwiches because their bread is never hard but this makes TWICE now this has happened. I'm very disappointed! We ordered from another restaurant and waiting on dinner too arrive once again. Will be looking for a new sandwich place now after wasting my money.

Never write reviews, but this Jersey mikes location is not only the best sandwich in Stillwater, but also the best Jersey mikes I’ve ever been to. The service is incredible and they make sure to accommodate all requests, my girlfriend has celiac disease and there is never a worry that the gluten free sandwich will be contaminated. Any time there has been even a small error with a sandwich the entire meal is replaced free of charge. The owner is constantly working on the line and obviously cares about the quality of his product. Support this restaurant and business man.

My wife and I just got done eating at Jersey Mike's Subs for the first time I got an Italian she got an original Philly steak. We both loved it the meat is fresh, the veggies are fresh , and everything was great. It highly recommended it the staff were excellent!!!!!

Jimmy Johns? Alright I guess. Subway? Thats a ditch you drive a train through. You wanna sammich, you go to Jersey Mike's! I am as big a sandwich snob as you'll find. I have a Panini Press at home with a Deli drawer full of meats and cheeses and I still find time to bring the Mrs in here and split a Chicken Bacon Ranch sub or a Buffalo Chicken Sub.The place is always clean and has chill music. The staff is always friendly and has created a banger of a sandwich every single time. Best place in town to get a quick hoagie with your special someone
