I can honestly say that after going to this location on 6-12-25, that it is my favorite one across the country. Came in super late before closing but that didn’t detour the great and understanding service I was given. This crew rocked it! Will definitely be returning!

Arse hole behind the grill acted like it was ridiculous to ask to add bacon to my sandwich then proceeded not to give me bacon. Got charged $3 for it though 👍

I placed an order a few minutes before they opened, got there as it said the order would be ready, and bit into a soggy sandwich. After spending a decent amount for the sandwich I’m mad asf.

Went there last night and asked for them to go light on the Mike's way oils - the guy behind the counter proceeded to saturate my sandwiches with it! Got them home and they were soggy and nasty. Go light means a small drizzle, not four or five huge shakes. I guess listening and following instrucions aren't in the job description.
I've never tried Jersey Mike's but must say, 5 stars. True to form, presents as advertised and tasted phenomenal. Will definitely visit again.

I love eating at Jersy Mike's! I always order the # 99 makes it sound like a secret menu item since it's not on the mene but it is on the website. If you like spicy I suggest you to try it! (I add lettuce and tomato) people are friendly and helpful! It was clean when I was there.

Went in to get a quick dinner, and the man "Tim" acted like he didn't want to do his job. Asked for a Philly steak with provolone and ketchup. He says we don't carry ketchup, I said actually you do.. it's over there to the right underneath. He rolled his eyes.. wrote out what i wanted for the cook, and then when the cook asked about it, he rolled his eyes and said oh they want ketchup. Then, he was rude the rest of time while making the sandwiches. He was in too much of a hurry (btw we were the ONLY people in there) to want to make the other two sandwiches properly. Instead, he brushed us off rudely to his co-worker and went out back to sit by their door and smoked. He was very unprofessional and definitely is not happy at his Jersey Mike's job. Their lady manager is the best, but unfortunately, with the experience I received, I'm gonna step back from going. I am aware others will go, but I didn't pay $30 for a cold, dry sub because they were too much in a hurry to wanna do sauces. Didn't even get our chips or drinks due to the way he was with us.
