Phenomenal as always
Not worth it. Not only is it too expensive but the food and customer service isn't worth the trouble. I will not be coming back.

Sucked. Expensive. No good team working. Place a mess. 1st and last time there. They don't care. Did not want what I got. Incorrect. correct was saying bye after wasting 25 bucks in 2 , 6 inch crappie stuff. Subway, and bologna sandwiches from home would be better than that place
The food was excellent, although a little pricy for a sandwich. The service was ok but definitely not " freaky fast." My favorite is the #4 turkey tom with cheese and kicking ranch sauce.

I absolutely love Jimmy John's! That bread...yum! The fresh ingredients and quality meat bring me back again and again. I wish there was a Jimmy John's in my town. I have to drive 40 miles to get a sandwich...and I do. Lol
Vegetarian options: Just don't get meat on your sandwich.
Parking: It's a little tight when their busy, but there's parking. Lol

Me and my mom went in at 12:25pm and left at 12:57 because the “general manager” was pushing back our ticket for the drive thru and she made a woman’s sandwich first and she came in after us. My mom then politely asked her if ours is almost ready and the manager proceeded to have an attitude and say “I already told you as soon as you walked in it will be a 15-20 minute wait” (she did not say that). And my mom had a nice response and then the manager kept running her mouth about how “I’m one person, we are short staffed” blah blah. Point is the “manager” is in her 40s and working at jimmy johns and she’s miserable. Never coming back.

Order confirmation email (for 2 sandwiches): 2:54pm. After 2 phone calls, inquiring about the status of my order and given the response that they’re sorry..they only have one delivery driver.. Order delivery: 4:21pm. What would’ve kept me from complaining? Literally anything. Refund what I paid for the meal, offer me a free sandwich, throw a free freaking cookie into the bag that’s sitting directly in front of you during our first phone conversation while you’re waiting for your lone delivery driver to come back. SOMETHING. CUSTOMER SERVICE. It goes a long way. Give me a reason to NOT be pissed off and remain a return customer. “I’m sorry” did not make me less hungry or my Dr. Pepper less watered down when I finally got my order.
I received the absolute worst Jimmy John's sandwich I have ever had from this location while visiting SWO. It was also the most challenging time I've ever had placing an in person order anywhere. First, I got a very simple sandwich with turkey, ham, cheese, mayo, and mustard (they were out of bacon which I wanted). I'm not a veggie person and this is a fairly typical order for me - meat and cheese. The individual really didn't know how to take my order. Upon leaving and then later trying my sandwich I discovered it was the saltiest sandwich I ever bit into. The first bit made me gag and spit some out. I tried two more bite that were both equally salty - I then got up and threw the sandwich away. Total waste of $11.66 (which is ridiculous for a simple sandwich)
