Odered online and received a text it was ready but only the pizza was ready they hadn't even started cooking the bread sticks. I did not order cold pizza and hot bread so I got a refund and went elsewhere very poor servive

We ordered and the food was not right. We called in less than an hour. A woman claimed to be the manager and stated she would remake. She stated she would write it it down in the book. We went to pick it up less then 3 hours later and the manager who was there claimed it didn't happen and she didn't see a note. She did not want to remake and was rude about it when talking to her worker. She tried to make it sound like I was an "angry" black women. I didn't raise my voice nor cuss. I was stating I've been here for over 20 min with my family and 2 dogs, I'm tired. I also stated I live 1 hour away. When she saw me looking at her she changed his tone and tried to pass blame. Then though I showed the receipt and the CSR wrote the order down, they still got the remake wrong! HORRIBLE LITTLE CEASARS.

Food is good but what is wrong with y’all’s service. Sitting here as I write this because I’ve had a long enough weight to do so. I put my order in online an hour ago, and I showed up to be told that they already canceled out my order because they thought it had been picked up, so it had to be rebooted in the line. To which I waited another easily 30 minutes before I had to get up and ask again where it was. I was continually told “let me go find it”. I heard this exact same statement to several other customers as I sat, and it is concerning to have to “find” every order. I even overheard it customers, speaking about an order that was left on the floor behind the counter.
I went in at nine thirty at night and it said they would be open for another hour and a half. They were open and I tried to order just a cheese pizza and some of the breadsticks and they said there’d be a wait and I was fine with that but then they said there’s no way I can get any breadsticks, they weren’t making any more. So I ordered the slices and sticks, it’s like a half pizza half breadsticks. People were there ahead of me picking up orders with the breadsticks but then I saw new orders with breadsticks being brought out from the back, and this place was packed so there’s definitely demand for breadsticks, I heard several other people ordering. And I’ve worked in a restaurant, it makes no sense they’re doing this an hour and a half before closing on a Thursday night which is always busy in Stillwater. I’m just frustrated and confused as to why I can’t get simple items when the place is busy. Pizza was good though.

Stillwater Ok never has any pizza ready to go at 5:00 pm or the last two times I’ve stopped in on way home!! That is their main advertisement “pizza ready to go between 4-7 pm. The help attitude is like go some where else—they are clueless to your pizza motto and could care less. The window advertisement was three meat pizza ready to go 4:00-7:00. Went in and ask what they had ready to go? They only had two pepperoni and Several IBS ready.
