Joke of a store. Came in to pick up an order that is supposed to be ready 4 minutes from then and they tell me they don’t even have the pizzas ready to go in the oven yet and that they just got the order. They are not paying attention and not checking incoming orders for when they come in. It is not busy. No one else is even here. The employees are cussing so loud anyone in the store can hear them. There is always some issue any time you purchase from this store. I would say it needs new management as the person obviously does not care about the quality of workers that are hired or how this store is ran. It really is pathetic. But I’m sure it’s like any other corporation. As long as it’s making money the higher ups don’t care either way.

On the night of October 2nd, the guy behind the counter and in the cooking area in his tank top stuffing his face with food and visiting with friends while customers waited 20 minutes was very off-putting. I don't think he was on the clock working, but he shouldn't be behind the counter in that case. A few customers walked out without ordering. He left with those 2 after about 20 minutes. idk how long he was there before we got there.

Great pizza that’s still affordable with the current prices of commodities
The last 3 times I have been there, they cannot keep up with carry out orders. The staff is busy but unable to keep up with call ins, orders on their app, and carryouts. I wish they would put another one on the other side of town, to help with the Hot &Ready orders they promote.
