Don’t order a cake online because the availability says it’s there says you can order it let you pay for it and then they don’t have the stuff to make it and they don’t know how to give you a refund absolute worst experience second time they’ve screwed up a birthday cake order will not be using them again for anything

I’ve been several times in the last couple weeks in hopes of getting my regular flavors however, each time I’ve been disappointed. They have very low variety of flavors and the customer service was not great. There was a boy at the counter who seemed to be very disinterested in his job. He was unable to tell me when they would restock on flavors.

That chocolate soup was supposed to be Rocky Road. I would have complained to the girl making it but her and the other employee hid in the back. I took 3-4 bites, it was very similar to the photo when she handed it to me. My daughter's was in the same condition. We need to remind this generation that Customer Service isn't just a 800 number you call... It's supposed to be how you treat those that support your salary!
