Visited Stillwater for the weekend. Went to marble slab- it was horrible, the employee was rude, there were like 3 ice cream choices and all of them were mostly gone or scraping the bottom, the ice cream was freezer burnt it looked like it melted and then froze fast. It was like eating ice. I’m so disappointed with this place. We threw the ice cream away and went to Braum’s- better price, better people, better ice cream texture, taste and choices!

walked in to have ice-cream only to see that they have gnats flying around everywhere, gnats in the toppings jar, bugs all over their well decor and mold on their walls. this was a terrible experience.

Menu boards were turned off- had very limited options on ice cream and toppings- front/back counters were dirty- fridges in lobby were empty. Unfortunately paid for my ice cream and threw away in trash outside.

Ordered 3 hand packed pints to be delivered. Price was high but we thought it's cool. Early on on a Friday night and giving a Doordasher some cash. Get a call from DD and it's the girl from Marble Slab letting me know that they were out of 80% of what we ordered. On top of that when we made suggestions, nope out of that too. She didn't even seem to be apologetic.
What is the point of being open? Shouldn't be surprised, second time in 6 months. So Braum's it is.

Tables were super messy, staff was not friendly and seemed to be in really bad moods. The ice cream was good, but the free toppings were sparsely applied.
They never have anything in stock and it is always such a sad experience.

Don’t order a cake online because the availability says it’s there says you can order it let you pay for it and then they don’t have the stuff to make it and they don’t know how to give you a refund absolute worst experience second time they’ve screwed up a birthday cake order will not be using them again for anything

They have very low variety of flavors and the customer service was not great. There was a boy at the counter who seemed to be very disinterested in his job. He was unable to tell me when they would restock on flavors.
