Fast friendly service with good delivery choices.
They accommodated my dietary restrictions (not allergies). I liked the to-go containers and how clean the store looked.
They need to make sure thay the servings you get on a delivery or to-go order is the same as if you were dining in...
The sandwich I had wasn't very fresh. The service was excellent, but my sandwich was just very normal.
Excellent service and fair prices.

Usually very great service and food. However recently I've noticed way less dressing than normal. Usually I have to ask for extra dressing for my Ceasar chicken wrap, but the one I had today had literally NO dressing. I've been becoming increasingly more disappointed with this restaurant, which sucks because this place has the BEST chicken Ceasar wrap when they actually put the dressing on

Food is wonderful like always. I opened this store 22yrs ago. Fast service & always polite.
However ya'll need to clean your bathrooms. That's not just a day missed. I clean houses & know what a clean bathroom looks like. How long it takes to look like it did.

Multiple times McAlisters leaves out items on Door Dash orders. They have no excuse when I call management for the continued oversights. They offer to send free meal coupons but never mail them. I enjoy the food but just expect a business that prepares to go orders to get it right the majority of the time and this is not the case with this establishment. Ultimately this is a poor reflection on management and training.

Good food but kind of pricey. It's reliable though. Sweet tea is excellent!

Communication sucks. My wife had gastric bypass surgery and cannot eat adult portions at all and even a normal kids portion will be two meals for her. We were in the area killing time and decided to order her a kids meal for dinner. We went to order and without informing us it was a practice they charged her $3 more for being an adult ordering from the kids menu. The worker never said a word about it. I worked in food service for a long time and always asked to make sure customers knew of an up charge before submitting an order.
I'm not mad they have it. I get it. Does suck a little when we don't want to waste food, But it should have been communicated before we paid. Realistically at that point we would have just shared an adult portions for the same price.

I hadn't been to McAlister's in probably 5 years because I moved to Texas. I was so excited for a bowl of soup. It was the McAlister's that I remember. The staff was the same. Very friendly and helpful, but the food was okay. I liked it, but would have gotten a much larger portion sandwich at Red Rock. It also would have been a little cheaper. I do like McAlister's still. I just like Red Rock more.
