Food tasted good. No complaints there. Love the French dip myself. Ultimate nacho and my spud seemed really lacking in toppings compared to when I have eaten here before. Service was quick and friendly. Busy place but you get your food fast.
I've eaten here several times and loved it.I ordered delivery today and they packed the nachos separately and everything was above and beyond in the way they prepared and packaged the to go order.
I have to say I don’t ever enjoy posting a bad review. Lately I have had the worst experiences at McAlister’s Deli. Firstly, The front cashier not sure of her name, but she is an older woman; she always has an attitude when taking orders. Secondly, I have noticed on numerous occasions that my order has been made wrong. I get it no one is perfect but for the price I would at the very least expect kind customer service. Lastly, I would like to add that the management tries to put the mistakes on the customer when you make a complaint which is wrong. Eating at McAlister’s has been a tradition in my family for some years. However, I do believe that we will have to keep our visits at a minimum from now on.

My friends and i enjoy this place from time to time. Not cheap, but fair price, especially regarding the pecan salad i got most recently. Very fresh, large, and flavorful. Atmosphere is decent. It is a large company though so it does have that vibe slightly. Huge college hang out as far as the vibe the customers themselves have. Five start to the salad, four star to the sandwiches and potatoes (got those the previous couple visits). My friends love their sweet tea.Kid-friendliness: It's fine for kids. They're quicker than a lot of restaurants at getting the food out (based on four visits), so it is a good choice if you're kids tend to lose patience, but you want to get them something different than fast food.
