Went to pick up food for me and 3 friends, and had placed it to the inside counter. Walked up and all doors were locked, so I hopped in the drive through and was berated by the worker for it being an inside order. (PSA: YOU CANT PICK UP AN INSIDE ORDER IF YOU CANT GET INSIDE!!) They also refused to let me pick up more than two orders at once, and made me go through the drive through TWICE. crazy! Finally got to the window, and they couldn’t seem to locate the orders THAT WERE BEHIND THEM SITTING ON THE COUNTER. I guess they assumed no one was gonna pick them up, and I watched a worker drink my sprite. I had to repeat my name and what I ordered multiple times to multiple different people, and the guy at the food window kept speaking to me like a little child. Finally ended up with all of the correct food (truly a miracle) 30 minutes later. Terrible experience, truly enraging.

Friend went to pick up orders, the doors we locked early, so she had to pick up in drive-through and they would not let her pick up more than two orders, and they made her go through twice. On the first round through she couldn’t change her order to drive through, and then she saw a worker drink her sprite and then throw it away. She then had to get back in the drive through line. The amount of times she had to repeat the order (we were on the phone) was ridiculous, and we also ended up with someone else’s drink.

Just got food at 7:30 am, and had the pleasant surprise of 2 extremely kind and respectful men at the 2 front windows, the kindest and most cheerful people I've ever met working fast food, props to them.
