Been craving hibachi for awhile. Decided to make the trip to stillwater today to try out Nagoya. 10/10 will be coming back. I ordered the sweet potato roll for my son to munch on while our food was being cooked. I forget the chefs name, but he was perfect. We're sorry we weren't more talkative, but we were trying to keep our 17 month old occupied & entertained. Food was BOMB. Like we both couldn't stop eating, it was that good. We decided to bring the rest of our plates home instead of being miserable on our drive back. I've had a good amount of hibachi, but this easily took the #1 spot.

Server seemed to ignore us - we never got our salads. She never asked if we needed any refreshment refills. It took her 20-30 minutes between passing by our table and didn't even bother to wait after asking us if everything was fine.

This is our most reliable sushi spot. My husband loves the hibachi and teriyaki steak, and I love rolls and Nigiri. The house salad dressing is excellent. Not the fanciest decor, but cozy and pleasant. Bento lunch specials are a fave.

The food is very good but the bathroom and surrounding area is horrible and dirty. It makes you think about the kitchen, is it clean or it looks and smells like that?

Our chef was great, we went early and just the two of us at the table making for an even more enjoyable experienceVegetarian options: My girlfriend cannot eat most animal proteins (medical condition) and they were very accommodating with lots of options and made sure her food was kept separate from the meat when cooking.Dietary restrictions: They are very accommodating with any requests and if ordering hibachi you watch them prepare it in front of you so you can see how it's made.

I ordered the Sweet potato roll, 3 veggie roll, and vegetable dumplings. All of them were delicious and the portions were substantial. I didn’t expect them to have vegan/ vegetarian options so this was a pleasant surprise. If I’m ever back in Stillwater I’ll be back.

Love it. Better than most places in Tulsa...but that being said, some people are the other way around..to each their own. Been coming here over 2 years now. My sister is a regular there. Friendly staff that won't keep you waiting. It does have a bar, but it's not a regular bar. Small domestic selection. It's a Japanese restaurant, so they have Japanese products, so keep that in mind.
