We were visiting OSU for a weeklong professional development class. We ate at Nilima's twice because it was just that good!Such friendly customer service and the food was amazing! Coming from Los Angeles, we have pretty great Indian food. But I must say, this is one of my faves. Too bad it's all the way in Stillwater.Another word of advice - get the Mango Lassi! It's the best I've ever had. Sweet, a hint of tartness, but oh so delicious!!

As I was walking around the beautiful OSU campus area in Stillwater, I stumbled accros this Food Truck with open and covered dinning area, then with my curiosity I checked the menu and conversing with The Chef owner Nilimatai, I realized we are from same state back in India. We conversed in our mother tounge language. The food was simply simple and amazing. For a minute I felt I was back home eating delicious home cooked just like my sisters food. I spoke with the couple who own this food truck and they were wonderful hosts. I give it a 5 star rating because I loved every bite of the two curries and Samosa that I ate. Just delicious!
