Old School Bagel Cafe

Genuinely the best customer service I’ve experienced in a while. My cashier was a blonde girl who was working with melody on Monday morning. I didn’t catch her name but she was extremely friendly and remembered several other customers by name. Both girls should be recognized for excellent customer service!

Probably the best breakfast place on campus! I came in earlier today and all the workers were incredibly sweet, and always appreciative when you tip. They have a nice variety of vegetarian options, and their lattes are affordable! Definitely recommend this spot for a quick bite <3

I went to Old School Bagel Cafe today and got the 4 Cheese bagel. The bagel did not have lettuce, tomato, or the extra sprouts I paid for. It was just cheese, avocado (which we added) and an over indulgence of mayo. Like a lot. When we made it home and realized what had happened, we went back to get the sandwich corrected. This is the real kicker, so we come in and I let them know what had happened. They told us that the menu has just changed and that’s why that had happened. The menu indeed did not change. (Look at my pictures) they offered to make a new Sandwich after yelling at us about how their menu has changed. And yes I mean yelled at us when we pointed out the menu hadn’t changed, online or in store. if the menu says lettuce and tomato then it should come with lettuce and tomato. We looked online before we even came in. So all in all, they messed up the Sandwich, and yelled at us the (customers) for pointing out the issue.. and the new sandwich still doesn’t even have the sprouts on it. This place used to be my go to in Stillwater, now it’s become an avoid at all cost. Fix the customer Service or this will likely be the next place to shutdown in Stillwater. 1st picture is of the “sandwich” we got. second and third are of the menu’s that “changed” and the last is the replacement sandwich with no sprouts on it.

Came in and said hello to the blonde cashier with braids, got completely ignored. Ordered and left. Not sure why no one said anything to me. I was the only customer.
Also the chairs are insanely uncomfortable 😭

I am here to say that Old School Bagel is delectable... However, I just ordered an Old Smokey (everything bagel, turkey and chive and onion cream cheese) and had it delivered by Grubhub... It arrived without the cream cheese :'( Which is my literal FAVORITE part. I could have cried.

Otherwise - OSB is the place to go :D Bagels are unmatched, ingredients pretty fresh and the cream cheese is delightful. Go there or be square. <3

It's a bit pricey for my poor pocket. I recommend their breakfast bagel.

Stopped in Saturday morning to pick up some bagels for a family breakfast on Sunday and was disappointed with the lack of bagels and variety. Left without purchasing anything.

Favorite quick breakfast place in Stillwater. I think they’re a bit expensive, but I understand why with owning a spot on the strip that’s walking distance from my apartment. I always get a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant but I know they have other great options.

Parking: Parking on the strip can sometimes be tough during busy times of the year, but if you’re going on a random morning then you should be fine finding parking.

The chicken sandwich I got ? I lm thinking a chicken sandwich. I get a bland chicke. Breast. Wasted and trashed. Worst $9 dollars I ever spent. They were out of the chicken salad sandwich I would liked to of had for lunch.

Went at 8:45 am. Drip coffee was cold. If was like they didn't make fresh coffee. Service was horrible, the staff hardly spoke.
