I was disappointed with my experience at this establishment. The dining area was not clean, and I had to wipe down my own table before eating. Additionally, the broccoli in my meal was significantly undercooked, with an unpleasantly crunchy texture. The only positive aspect of my visit was the employee who handed me my online order. She was polite, apologetic about the wait, and very professional.

They should change the name of 'Beef and Broccoli' to 'Broccoli with maybe some Beef'. The last 3-4 visits the B&B was all veggie, and if I'm lucky, some beef. Especially after going in to watch the service, I noticed several people were getting large amounts of protein for their orders. The people at the counter are nice, don't want to slam them for their service in general. It's more about having not even 1/2 oz of beef for the last several times. It's become consistent enough to stop returning.

The worst customer service in town. The cashier needs training. My son went in to pick up an order and waited for 50 minutes. Nobody offered to help and the cashier ignores you. It was the same experience the first time I ate here. I had to interrupt the cashier to get help.

They are always out of something .. and when they are it’s a lot and their main dishes … the portions are small , especially the broccoli beef, it’s like 4 big pieces of Broccoli and a couple little pieces of beef, the workers act like it’s coming out of their paycheck . The service is good times, a lot of times the act like they don’t see you at the counter .

I visited Panda Express in Stillwater and enjoyed fried rice, chow mein, walnut shrimp, and orange chicken—perfect when craving something fried and flavorful. Ordering in person was a bit confusing for me, so I usually prefer delivery. The food still arrived warm, crispy, and tasty at home.

The employees here seem to have some unspoken rule about not filling your food properly — I literally got only half a scoop of everything. The food either tastes old or comes out completely flavorless. On top of that, after 8 pm, the drive-thru wait times stretch beyond 20 minutes, which is just ridiculous.

Do yourself a favor and skip this place. Instead, drive up to Panda Buffet in Perry for much better Chinese food and service.
