About half of menu were out of stock even at middle of lunch time. Service guy and lady were rude just like you eat what ever available here at now or leave. It was my worst experience at this panda.

I have more or less stopped coming to this Panda Express and everytime take the chamce and go I remember why I stopped. Their chow mein has started being over 50% cabbage and they NEVER have everything you want (including sauces). I cannot remember the last time I came here and they actually had condiments (soy sauce, teriyaki, sweet n sour, etc). This store has terrible management…and has for several years. Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes this time.

They did not have very much food cooked. Was told the new manager or the new general manager didn't order food. You have to have a manager that's been in the food industry for a while and not a 21 year old boy. This was very sad. We eat there at least once a week. Or should I say did.

2nd time in 2 days of getting food here and both times my husband has gotten sick. Thought it was the Lo Mein so we avoided it the second time but he got sesame chicken in both orders. Currently listening to him puke and shit his guts out at 4 in the morning. Food safety is obviously not being taken seriously there from what I see in other reviews.

got orange chicken here and there were snail/ worm things in the chicken!!! this is absolutely disgusting

This was the worst beef and broccoli. Maybe a hand full of beef and broccoli that tasted salty and very greasy. Two spring rolls very very greasy and no vegetables in them. I live 25 miles away or I would have taken it back.

Horrible experience here. Went through the drive through and waited over 10 minutes for my order (which is normally fine)… just to get home and have the wrong order. One wrong entree and one side completely missing. When I called, I was told that I could come back with my receipt another day and get the same entire order for free. So, a few days later I drove back, and they told me they’d only give me one wrong entree and my missing item. Which would have been fine, if I had not been told by the manager previously that my ENTIRE order would be replaced. The customer service sucks, workers weren’t apologetic at all…. Will not be coming back again.

I love Panda Express and this location has been fantastic! Although they may have hired a new employee or two who’s not fully proficient. Today an extra serving was placed in a weak carton, and proceeded to leak everywhere. Bag, plate, carton, utensils, napkins, sauces, all covered in this mushroom goo. I hope it’s a on off situation but there should be a lil rule about certain entrees not being placed in the tiny cartons.
