This place is very unprofessional. I placed an online order 15 minutes before they closed. When I arrived, I was informed that the cook closed the kitchen and was unwilling to fulfill my order. The staffs resolution was to offer a refund. They did nothing about my wasted time, gas, and inconvenience. You shouldn't accept orders if you can't fulfill them, especially when you refuse to accept call in orders over the phone. Very disappointing.

this is nothing personal to the local panda express in Stillwater. Their service is good and the atmosphere is nice and clean. My biggest complaint is that I am allergic to walnuts and my favorite dishes like the chili shrimp have been barred from me to eat for seemingly no reason. It was replaced by the walnut shrimp and it was truly upsetting. This is so unfair to those with allergy restrictions, as I’ve already had a reaction to a different order. Please, I am begging you to report to corporate about bringing more options to people like me that want a more full menu just like everyone else

It's not bad. Not my favorite, but my husband likes it. I like the chicken egg rolls and chow mein. The rice is pretty flavorless, no fault to the employees of course - they cook what they're told to. It's always very clean inside, including the bathrooms. Good service, and it didn't take too long either.

This was our first time to try Panda Express in Stillwater and we both found the experience enjoyable. We both had the fried rice which was really good. We had three entrees consisting of Mongolian beef, orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp, spicy shrimp, black pepper Angus steak. Nice experience overall!
