The older woman as the cashier was rude. A simple order for 2 bowls of soup togo shouldn't be difficult. I'd rather order online if I do order from here again. Might be cheaper to make at home. Customer service use to be everything.

I went to Panera on a Sunday and ordered and paid for a chocolate croissant with a to-go order. When I got to my destination I realized I didn’t receive my croissant that I paid for. I went in the next day with a receipt in hand and explained my situation and asked if I may please get it then. Stanley looked at me and told me no multiple times without listening to me, and then told me to leave. The food was mediocre, and I wanted my chocolate croissant.

Prices for portion size very high, which wouldnt have mind paying, had food been any good. Bread soo hard, thought I broke a tooth! SW Chicken Salad - full size - had about a cup of lettuce and 3 very small bites of chicken and a tablespoon size dressing! Over priced, poor quality food!!!

During my recent visit to Panera bread, I ordered the pick two with the mac & cheese and the toasted Italiano Panera worker Carl Corbett clearly takes every order personally the artistic flare and craftsmanship he crafted my sandwich with was truly a spectacle to see. Only topped by the first bite where a euphoric wave of pleasure washed over my taste buds. 10/10 Best dining experience I’ve ever had

Just got home from getting something in the drive thru and they forgot my Mac and cheese. I ordered a pick 2. It’s 2 things. They forgot one of the two things. I paid $16 for this

I placed a takeout order. They never called out my name to let me know it was ready. I had to go look for it. I checked the bag for all items and 2 out of 4 were missing and I had to track them down. I only thought to check because another fellow that picked up his order before me also had missing items that he had track down. Poor customer service!

Come here once every couple of months but was very dissatisfied with the quality of my salad today. Came in at 7:30 on a Sunday and paid $13 for a salad. I at least expect the lettuce to be fresh. Do better next time please.
Staff friendly & efficient. Food tasty as usual. One negative was no TP In mens room. But employee jumped right on it when I brought to their attention.
