I came in looking for filet cuts, but they didn’t have the amount I needed. I explained to Alex what I was needing and he helped me out a told me that buying a whole tenderloin would be there better option.

We came into the store finally, yesterday! We had been missing out!

We really enjoyed talking a bit, with the owner and he was full of information and so friendly!
Among our purchase, we bought polish sausage with pineapple and we sampled it this evening. That is truly the best we've ever had - the balance is perfect.
