I stopped in today and waited over 20 minutes to be helped, even though an employee acknowledged me several times. A small line formed behind me, and after we all stood there for about 10 more minutes with no service, we eventually gave up and left to go somewhere else. Really disappointing experience — I hope they improve their customer service because this was incredibly frustrating.

We ordered catering, and while the food itself was fine, the overall experience missed the mark. The restaurant wasn’t very clean — the floors clearly needed a mop — and the staff seemed distracted. They also forgot half of our catering order, and we had to return and wait another 30 minutes for it to be completed.

Pricing was fair, but overall it felt like a smaller, less appealing version of Chipotle. We won’t be back.

One of the worst Qdobas ive had in a long time especially paying $38! 2 bowls and some queso i thought my City Qdoba was expensive i usually pay $26 for the same meal. this is way too much for the shitty food. Soggy and way too salted chips.

How is this Qdoba still open? Went in about 12:30 PM after receiving my food the rice was so hard that I couldn’t even eat it, tried to go get me a drink all of those nozzles was off of the fountain drink machine also all of the soda was out of order like nothing was fresh at all very upsetting will no longer get my business.

Usually QDOBA is for when I want to treat myself to some “nice fast food”

But instead I got overcooked meat on a bed of undercooked crunchy rice.. Seriously?

My family and I walked into the restaurant to order lunch. We walked up to the counter and the gentleman in the kitchen who was making the food, looked directly at us, while picking his nose. He continued to pick his nose and went back into the kitchen. He proceeded to ignore us. Behind the counter was very very dirty and nothing has been wiped up. No one greeted us or said hello. The food looked like it had been sitting out a while. I never leave reviews but this looked very unsanitary. We left.

I have only ever left positive reviews, until now. I tend to follow if you don't have anything nice to say then don't say anything at all but this visit was too much. Place smelled bad/moldy, drink machine had mold on it, and the toilet hadn't been cleaned in no telling how long. The food was somewhat passable but portion was half of what it used to be and not fresh at all. The milk my daughter took one drink from was 2 months passed the date on the bottle and smelled bad. I let a worker know about the date so they could check the rest and management or whoever was in charge sent the front worker back out to talk to me about the milk issue instead of coming out themselves. They blamed it on the early shift workers for not checking the stock... 2 months outdated... This is the second time now I've had an awful experience here because I wanted to give it another chance after a few months and won't be returning now.

Ordered a rice bowl with all toppings and grilled steak as the protein for takeout. The steak had a nice grilled flavor and paired well with the fresh ingredients. Staff communicated clearly, and the order was prepared quickly. Packaging kept everything intact for a good meal at home.

I love QDOBA and visit ones in the city regularly, but this was a pretty distasteful experience. While I waited in line the worker went to the back to get more cilantro lime rice. When I was ordering I asked for it, but it was just white rice, so I asked where was the cilantro and he grabbed cilantro and a jug of lime juice and mixed it in front of me. The rice was all mushy and clumped together which is gross. Also I didn’t see any ground beef, which is what I wanted, he brings some from the back and pours it out of a plastic bag into the container in front of me. For my burrito he pulls out a bag of sour cream and proceeds to squirt it from the bag to the burrito? Extremely unprofessional if you ask me. The brown rice was very hard in my burrito as well. And the beans looked like they’d been sitting for who knows how long. This stores needs better procedure for prepping food and doing it in a place where guests aren’t watching. All in all, there needs to be a manager and rules enforced.

Im usually the last person to complain about food, even if its not the best i still eat it and dont complain. This was so bad i had a few bites and had to throw the rest away. The guacamole was very old and had grey spots in it. I tried the steak although it look incredibly dry and you could tell it had sat oit for hours. I tried the rice and it was hard and sour. I also got a brownie and thought at least they cant mess a brownie up. Im not sure if there brownies are frozen before or what but it was weird. It had either a freezer burnt taste or dirt taste. I was hungry and it was 20+$ so I tried to at least eat some bit i ended up throwing it all away. It was very much not fresh and with it being so expensive I would not recommend at all
