I don’t know what’s up with this place, but we went to Qdoba more than hour before they were supposed to close to find all the lights on but every door locked. There was a sign on the door that said to call the store if you had a doordash order. Whoever was working turned off all the lights while we outside and then turned them back on when we walked back to our car. Incredibly disappointed.

I consider myself a Qdoba fan. I lived in Manhattan, KS for years, and the Qdoba there was absolutely fantastic. Great food, great service. The Qdoba in Stillwater is a massive disappointment. By far the worst Qdoba I have ever been to. You can tell that no one cares about the food, the service, or the cleanliness of the restaurant. The workers walk around with a malaise, without any sense of urgency. You can tell the restaurant is not staffed correctly, and it shows in the quality of everything.

Some examples from my last visit: I went during lunch (not that busy) and there were no fajita vegetables. I was told it would be at least an hour before they would be cook - AT LUNCH. You should have someone manning the line the whole time to make sure the food is fresh and delivered in a timely manner. On top of this, I asked for the smoked brisket. It was basically empty up front, so the worker (I think shift manager) went to the back to get some more. He was gone at least 5 min, then he comes back up front with a plastic bag of brisket. You could tell he had just microwaved it. He cuts the bag in front of me, dumps the contents into the metal container, and then serves it to me. Not professional at all.

I tried to go here multiple times, hoping each time that the last time I went was a fluke, that it was actually good. Sadly, I have been disappointed every time I went. I hope they can turn it around - I miss my Qdoba. If they can somehow turn it around, I would happily try again. As of now, I will not be back.

Very disappointed with the service today my family and I went there for lunch. There was barely any food. They were out of pretty much everything. The service was very disappointing very unorganized. The drinks were down. You guys should definitely close until you are fully functioning with full staff and all the food because we were still charged the original price with barely no food!!!

incredibly disappointed by my latest visit. the food here has fallen off in quality in recent years. I ordered a quesadilla and the cheese was barely even melted. the outside of the tortilla was hot/cooked but the inside was cold and very wet! the food here is absolutely not worth the price.

This experience was the worst i’ve had. Place was basically empty, counters dirty, had none of the food stocked and food was cold. Staff had no sense of urgency, and was not helpful.

Not what I expected out of a Qdoba

Waited for 15 mins to even be helped with my order, Got almost no chips, food was cold and the food doesn’t taste fresh. I would like a refund if I could.

This place has good food and the workers worked very hard. However, it's understaffed with long lines and mobile orders occupying two employees while one attended the line. It took more than an hour to get our food and eat even though only 3 people were in front of us. Hopefully this improves.

We went in today on October 31st. We tried to get the one free entree holiday promo and they randomly tried to add Nachos and cheese onto my meal (like $5.65 roughly) without asking me. Additionally, after I got the refund for the additional large side of nachos that I didn't ask for and got home, I noticed that they didnt even add Pork meat to my Pork Nacho plate. I had to use meat from the bowl I ordered to compensate for what my girlfriend didn't get.

The employees need to also talk to the customer more instead of just standing there staring at us expectantly. I'm not returning, and I'm also gonna tell all of my friends and family so that they dont go as well. We can get better service elsewhere. What a joke.
