We used to really like this place years ago. We have tried going back over the years hoping it would get better. It hasn't- it's still terrible. The sad thing is the food isn't that bad. The guy that was working the grill was trying but the other two "workers" got our orders and then went outside to take a break. Everything is dirty (and we were there at 12 on a Sunday so chances are it started out that way). Tables, floor, every surface is disgusting. The drink machine had only diet drinks to choose from, the rest are broken. Don't waste your money.

Unfortunate they were unprepared for OSU homecoming. The only meAt the had was ground hamburger, left over brisket and some burnt chicken. They also only had brown rice… no white rice. I know it’s one of the busiest days of the year but they were totally under prepared. Trash was overflowing and the floors were filthy along with no napkins. The GM was very apologetic and helped us modify our orders. The store was also out of regular soda. The only soda left over was sugar free pop and sparkling water. The only reason I would return was the GM that helped us.

Place always seems miskempt. They don't ever have any of the IMPOSSOBLE vege protein when I go there. They are always "out" of it... So I can't ever eat here when I want some nachos. Only reason I come here, and they are out of the stuff 80% of the time. Consistently 5 times now. Disappointing.

Qdoba has good food and I like eating there, but this location is gross. It's always dirty, the staff is always "in the weeds" it seems, and the building obviously has some sewer issues. Maybe I'm hitting them at bad moments but ?♀️Also, bring back the tortilla soup.

I had several bad experiences with Qdoba in the past. When speaking with the NEW management, they were extremely sincere and more than made it right. The food was amazing and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that I was thoroughly satisfied. I will definitely be back! Thanks Micah and Jeff (I think was his name) and the new female manager!

I don't normally do this type of thing, but this place needs some attention! Two of the three entrance doors were "broken" according to an employee. The first door I tried was locked (probably a fire code violation), the second was propped open and the third worked. The employee informed me of the broken doors when I said they had a serious fly problem and should probably shut the door. There were folded/rolled up rugs near the drink machine that I tripped on when I stepped around the corner to ask if they had Diet Coke in the machine. It was out, as were a lot of the drink options in the machine. All in all, the place needs a makeover and has obviously lost a lot of business. It is an easy walk from work, but I won't be back until the place is cleaned up. The place had 2 customers seated and 1 in line at 12:45 pm. Pretty empty compared to how it used to be during the lunch hour. This is a great location and I think with a little TLC it could be successful again.
There is carpet in there that looks completely filthy! It smells like burned food, and disappointment in there. Do better.

Tear this place down and start over. disgusting in every way. Mold on the walls and floors, windows are so dirty you can't see through them. Still expensive as hell though..

Good burritos. Great staff. Nothing is very spicy, but still tastes good. Should add grilled habaneros yourself if you want a spicy burrito. I highly recommend it. Just grill them before, and bring in a plastic bag. Anyways back to the point, chipotle sucks

worst burrito ive ever had. fell apart in the bag and had almost no meat (worse than chipotle portions). on top of that, completely tasteless and lacking salt.
