Don't come here, just don't. The first indication that this was probably a bad idea; is when we pulled into the parking lot at 1:00 p.m. and we were the only customers! When we walked in it smelled like a dirty restaurant (If you know you know)....it was extremely hot & stuffy. I asked him if he could lower the air conditioner and he said that the heat was on, even though it was like 75 outside. We got the feast for two and it was hardly a feast. The portions were extremely small. My husband and I both got shrimp linguine and it was good, the shrimp was good but the portion was so small. My husband got a lobster and he said it was cooked okay but it was a very small piece! Maybe 1-2 ounces of meat. He got fries, I got a loaded baked potato, It was good but small. The waiter came to ask how the food was and at the time I said everything was fine.....I had not tried the crab yet. I was saving it for last. The crab was so fishy and not fresh at all!!!!! When you finally get the meat out it was about a pea-sized amount of shredded meat. My husband even tried it after I told him it was off and I couldn't eat it.....he said it was pretty bad. I even tried it with some lemon / butter but nothing helped & I just didn't want to keep eating it. So after we were done and he brought the check I told him I couldn't eat the crab. All he said was sorry....I'm sure he is always hearing complaints. I wasn't offered anything else..... I wasn't compensated on the check. So basically it was $55, I had a small portion of linguine and a small baked potato, that's all!! Definitely not worth it. This place is so overrated, overpriced and outdated. I wish we wouldn't have come here. Not only will we not be at this location again but we will never go to another Red lobster again! I would advise you to just not come here. I think most of the town knows and that's probably why we were the only customers there. Shut down already.My mouth tasted like nasty lake water (from the crab) until I got home!!Also I didn't even mention that when I came out of the bathroom, the staff were all gathered outside the bathroom door. Extremely awkward by the way. And all I could hear was someone talking about wiping their butt! So unprofessional.

If you go in the afternoon might as well just call the store when you walk in because otherwise you could end up waiting for 10+ minutes for someone to even greet you….servers will walk past and not even say anything.

My son didn't get his meal until my husband and I were done with our meals and we both got the ultimate feast. And my son did not get his Mac and cheese.
Food poisoning. I got food poisoning from eating at red lobster last week on Thursday February 15, 2024. All I had at red lobster was the New England cream of crab soup. When the soup came, I tried a spoonful and it didn’t taste right and I suspected that it was tainted so didn’t eat any more of it. All I ate was a salad and a spoonful of soup. I didn’t eat at any other restaurant on that day.By Friday morning I was throwing up my guts and I had severe abdominal pain. I spent all day Friday in bed, all day Saturday in bed, and all day Sunday in bed Just trying to get some rest and drinking lots of water. I had read on the Internet that the food poisoning usually clears on its own after about two days, but that didn’t happen in my case.I went to the ER on Saturday because I have not been able to have a bowel movement for four days and I suspected I might have a blockage caused by the food poisoning.The hospital did a CAT scan on me at the ER and did not see a blockage, but they did see a lot of irritation and inflammation in my intestines.Red lobster has always been one of my favorite restaurants. I wish there was one here in Ponca City but apparently we don’t have enough people in our metropolitan area. I have eaten at red lobster in Stillwater for 20 years. So it pains me to have to update my review .I will not be eating at red lobster again.

We ordered an appetizer and got the wrong one. Didn't get my baked potato until we all finished eating. Steak was burned. 2 of us that ate the calamari got so sick. Had to ask for straws and biscuits. Won't come back!

Went there last night for my daughter's wedding dinner and the service was terrible, there was nine of us and 5 had lobster and we had to ask 5 times for butter and lemon and we were brought out one small cup of butter and no lemon and 3 of us ordered salad and they were brought out after we were done eating so last night was the last time we will spend our money at this establishment.
