Place is a joke. 5:30pm and they are out of Ribs, Chicken and Pork. This is now the third time with issues at this location. Will not be returning

It took a long time for the waiter to get our drinks, he said brewing tea. He could have come back and asked if we wanted appetizers. He finally took our appetizers and food order. The brisket and burger was dry. The bathrooms were a nightmare, main door wouldn't close, broken handle on the bathroom stall, toilets and floors were dirty, not to mention a dirty diaper was left on changing table. It used to be a good place to eat. I don't want to come back now.
Food was great! The waitress was awesome and brought us our food promptly!

Got a Chicken club spud . The spud was over cooked and NO pulled pork on it they said it's not on the menu anymore but it's on the website. This is the second time it's happene and will be the last time .10/10 do not recommend.

Couldn't serve any bar drinks during happy hour. Bottled only. Plate my food arrived on was chipped and greasy on the sides and bottom. Watched a staff member walk across the seating area with kitchen gloves on eating a rib. He then walked behind the bar to play cards across the bar with his friend (another employee?). When the sides came out, the mac was so dry and old the server asked if we wanted new mac. If you have to ask, don't serve it! The slaw was inedibly bad, unsure if it was just old. Rib (single! Their default seems to be a single rib?) was completely unimpressive. Applebee's prices for absolute trash. They mischarged the loaded potato skins full price even though we ordered from the happy hour menu. They were apparently unable to refund the card for the mistake, and gave us a free entre and drink coupon instead.
Second visit: tried to go again to use coupon. Store was not open to dine in at 7pm on a Wednesday, presumably because of understaffing.

The service was awful. The girl who seated us was nice but then we heard someone say I'm not taking another table. The young man hostess came and got our drink order. We sat there for over 20 mins before my husband said excuse me do you work here to a woman passing by. I assume she was a supervisor she took our order. Another lady brought it to us 15 mins lady. No one refilled our drinks. I got up and found straws. After we finished eating my husband stopped another lady and was like do you know who our waitress is she was like I guess it's me they put your ticket under me... I'll go get it for you.. no I am sorry for the confusion no nothing. Worse service I have ever received! Food was ok but dry! We should have drove out to Smokin Joes!

I wish I could say this meal was worth the nearly $20 my wife spent on hers (first photo) but the serving size, especially of the chicken, made me wonder if they accidentally brought us the kids' menu. Absolutely absurd.
As for my meal, I don’t even know where to begin. I’ve had dry brisket, but this one was practically jerky. The ribs were overcooked to the point where I almost needed dental tools. Both of them. Two ribs. It's like they’re rationing food.
Since this is a chain I wasn't expecting anything spectacular. But somehow I was still very disappointed

Had to get up and leave was sat at a table and ten minutes went bye and not a server greeted me but they can all stand around with their phones in their hands and talk won't go back there.

Do not use RibCrib website for online delivery of their food. They only use random third party services for delivery and you have no control over the delivery. RibCrib manager said the driver showed up one hour after they called the driver for delivery and the fired catfish would be cold as well as the meats since they had been sitting in a bag for over one hour. The ice cream had also been sitting in a bag for over one hour and would be melted. I told the manager I wanted them to remake it before giving it to the driver as I would not accept cold fried fish and meats that had been sitting in a paper bag for over one hour as well as the melted ice cream. The Rib Crib manager refused to make fresh food to send out when the driver finally showed up and said she would just refund my charges and not give the one hour old food products to the driver since I would not accept the cold fish and meat and the melted ice cream. I just had them cancel the order then so as I would not have that bad food delivered to me.

This was one out of two of the worst experiences that we have had at rib crib. The food was very overdone . Baked potatoes was hours and hours old. The skin was black and wrinkled, potatoes inside was dark brown. Baked beans were cold and stuck like paste.When my husband called to speak to the manager she was very condescending and rude stated she knew the food was bad and she didn't know what was going on in that kitchen. Said several.times she knew food they was sending out was poor quality and then when we explained our take out experience is always bad but dine in is good her words were " well lady maybe you should bring yourself in here and dine in " I will never eat here or recommend them again.Nor will I order anything from here for my employees to eat. Extremely rude manager . Maybe this is why your parking lot is always empty. I feel sorry for the owner . You are definitely going to start seeing a down slide in profits of everyone is treated this way and it's ok for your staff to send out poor quality.Keep using canned responses to bad reviews. That will improve things. SMH
