I like the taste of the shakes here and they have a great variety of options for anybody, even with dietary restrictions like vegan, my one drawback is that the smoothies I have gotten in the past month all had large chunks of ice still left in them. Furthermore, just as a preference thing- the plant protein often ruins the taste of the smoothies probably because there isn't a neutral flavored plant powder-only vanilla or chocolate.

Hi! While shake smart is a great way to use your meal plan at Oklahoma State University, unfortunately the management at this store truly takes away from the experience. The manager/supervisor - Jennifer maybe?- has been extremely rude to me and many others that I have witnessed while at Shake Smart. So much so she told me that I was not allowed to pick up my friend's bowl who was on crutches, and said "well maybe you shouldn't have a girl with broken foot getting food." She is extremely insensitive and abrupt, ruining something that has potential.
