Don't even bother ordering a sauce because they won't give it to you

Really, REALLY tired of not getting either the lime or the cherry in my cherry limeades.... I order through the app so I know for a fact they are supposed to come with the fruit as well as the flavor! Tonight I ordered a cherry limeade with blue coconut added, all I got was blue coconut flavored sprite. .. Had I wanted an ocean water I would have ordered one! My kids drinks were basic, a Dr pepper and a lemonade, so nothing to mess up there... But the 2 burgers we ordered were both cold and dry, no mayo or ketchup at all, and both were missing the lettuce and onions... They were dry af with one tomato slice and a couple of pickles... I used to tip well. My tips have gotten smaller and smaller over the years because of these types of things happening constantly. Especially with the drinks. At this point I am completely done adding tips to my orders at all if they can't get things made correctly and I am going to start sending things back to be remade if this crap doesn't stop.

Ordered a #7, 9 &12 plus 2 additional drinks. Drop the grandkids off with their food and as I am in my way home , youngest grandson calls and says he didn’t get his chicken tenders it’s a burger. I say ok I’ll take care of it. Go directly back and tell them the situation exactly as stated above. Heather says one moment. She comes out and I show her on the menu what we ordered and we got a burger instead of chicken tenders. She ask if I have the burger and I tell her no that all of the food is with my grandsons whom I have dropped off at home, she says ok, let me see what I can do. Manager comes out and I tell him exact story and he asks me if I have the burger. Said no all the food is with my grandsons who I dropped off at their home. I was on my way back home when they called about the order. He says this is what you ordered and he holds up a receipt on the menu board, which I cannot see from the inside of my car. You ordered the Smashburger, the garlic butter, burger, and a foot-long chili cheese coney. I said no we didn’t order a smash burger which is a #1. I said we ordered the chicken tenders #12. Manager asks again, you didn’t order a smash burger? I said no, And he starts to point out the receipt again. I can see at this point in the conversation is going nowhere so I told him never mind that I would go to the other Sonic and order my chicken tenders and that is exactly what I did. I will never visit this sonic on S. Perkins Rd. ever again. Oh, and this order cost me a little over $42. And when I went to the other Sonic on S Main St, it was over $7 just for chicken tenders.

Waited over 40 minutes never got our drinks or milkshakes that we ordered. Ask them twice in that time about the order. They said it would come out and then asked them again after 40 minutes and when I asked if they knew how long it would be just closed so we never got anything from them.

Every freaking time I come here I tell myself never again. This has to be the slowest Sonic on the planet. So warning if you're in a hurry keep driving because there is nothing fast about this place.

Ordered a footlong coney add onions and ketchup, popcorn chicken, tater tots, and Rt44 coke.
When I pressed the button I was answered with “what’s your order?” “Is that it?” Over and over Then the order was rang up correct, with no explanation of total.
Food came out without receipt, bags open. No sauce for anything in bag, footlong plain, tater tots refried and cold and coke was a large.
I used to go to this sonic because I have managed them for years and couldn’t stand how the others in stillwater did mistakes like this every day.

I typically love sonic. Their chicken sandwich used to be my favorite. But it almost $7, the last time I got it it was awful. The chicken and breading have completely changed, and it's smaller than the palm of my hand now. See photo. Also I love getting the lime cream slushies and they are so inconsistent lately. They are either super crunchy, all the lime syrup is at the bottom of the drink and that's all you get when you take a swig, or there isn't enough ice cream in them. The people working there are great. The car hops are always super sweet and I love tipping them. But I feel like the menu has gotten smaller, more expensive, and the food very inconsistent.
Was great I had Josie as my server and she was the best server ever very nice and considerate fast service in great food

This location has steadily been declining over the past 2 years. This last meal has been the worst and I won't be back. Everything I ordered for my family was cold and soggy. My coney was hard and rubbery, the tots and mozzerella sticks were mush. I live in the neighborhood behind this location and it takes me less then 1 minute to get home. The standards and care for the food is completely lacking and I discourage anyone from visiting this location.
