Started going here a few weeks ago. Carhops are on point. However, last week I came at night and was ignored for almost 10 minutes--After the redbutton had been deactivated twice already. Maybe they're a bit off bc Rona. I left for the other Sonic, with the craving for the newly advertised lemonberry float. (Good advertising) *Now at the other Sonic* They had no idea what I was talking about, spoke to me like I was making sht up, then insisted I was talking about a cherry cream slush. Twice. I even offered every layer of the float in order for it to be made. Today I come back to the first Sonic, main street. After ordering two drinks through the app, I immediately checked in (as it asks), saw my photo and name on the board (even thought it was cool and took a pic). Ten minutes go by, then fifteen. "It's okay, maybe they're shorthanded" I tell myself. Then my passenger notices my name and photo are now gone from the stall. Twenty minutes have now passed since I ordered. Wondering if it was the weather, or some kind of error, I go through drive and let the lady know I ordered, have been waiting, but thought I could come through drive since somethin didn't process correctly. (The app was already glitching, only my bank showed my order) Now, idk what hair got up this person's arse, but to sit there and talk to someone in /that/ disgusting tone, only saying I failed to check in, that /y'all/ have been waiting for /me/, etc and not just saying something like "ya, sure, I can give you your order here!" is completely unacceptable. I came through very calm, even remained so as your snotty staff talked like this. I don't care what your personal issues are, clock out of your attitude when you clock in. Two strikes, I'm out. Stillwater seems to have a lot of staff with that same mentality. Repulsive, childish, entitled.
