My drink had lite ice, which was a bummer for a route 44 but all in all it's nice franchise.

I placed a mobile order for two large drinks at 1:30pm to be picked up ASAP. I arrived and checked in at 1:36pm, then sat and waited for nearly 30 minutes. During that time, at least 20 cars were served, but not me. My mobile order was marked as complete at 1:58 but I still hadn’t received my drinks. At 2:02, I left and called Sonic’s customer service hotline for a refund. I never received my order. Not a single carhop or employee spoke to me the entire time I was there, even though they walked past my car several times while delivering other orders and must have noticed that I was there for an extended amount of time. I shouldn’t have had to wait for more than five minutes for two drinks with no additions or alterations.

Food was slightly above room temperature when I received it and was not the best. Have had better experiences from here, in the past, but overall it is just not very consistent. Drinks are worthwhile to check out, but would not recommend food from here.

I ordered food on my lunch break and paid with a card and when I put no tip and hit confirm it added a two dollar tip.

I order cheeseburger no onions or tomatoes . Burger was ice cold and covered with onions and tomatoes. Will not order hamburger again. I want a hot meal like I ordered online. This was not edible at all.
Stale hamburgers with extra sauce when we asked for no sauce, and the kids didn’t get their toys with the wacky packs ..

They gave me the wrong food. When I returned and let them know, with my order untouched, they completely smothered my replacement, I mean correct order, in mustard. It's not my fault they got my order wrong. They shouldn't get pissy with their customer because they had to correct their mistake.
I hate going to this Sonic. There is always a problem with my order and the staff is never willing to do anything to resolve it. Even though this one is closer to my house, I will go out of my way to go to the one on Main St. Edit: Still true in 2024.
