This location is regularly overwhelmed and more often than not the service is slow and delayed. You won't know this until you get to the restaurant if you place a mobile order because the staff regularly marks orders as ready for pick-up when they're not (probably to avoid getting in trouble for delayed service from corporate). On a number of occasions (including today) I've placed the mobile order, driven to the store and arrived after the projected time for pickup...

For the most part, they are great. But there always seems to be something wrong when I order multiple drinks through the app. If they are all iced or frozen, perfect. If it is not - it tends to be wrong or completely left out.

This Caramel ribbon crunch drink is amazing! I got over charged though. The male employee charged me $10. A week later I went to Guthrie and got the same thing. He charged $7 and some change. I went back to the Stillwater location on 6th Street. This time she charged me the same price I was charged in Guthrie. $7 and some change.
