They mail out coupons and then don't accept them. Why waisted the money on ink,paper, and mail if they dont accept them?

This has happened twice now that I order 2 Sandwichs both the same each time an Italian BMT and a ham and cheese with extra cheese, both time the extra cheese did not have extra cheese and this time my BMT didn't even have cheese.

They never answer their phone, staff unprofessional, sloppy service over all. Food wasn’t even enjoyable I made an online order and they completely drenched my food in sauce to the point bred was soggy picking it up.

Don't spend your money here please. Try and eat at locally owned restaurants these big corporations don't give a crap about how the customer is treated or feels. I went to this subway to get my son some food and I wait 20 mins In line order my food go to the register to pay and it came to 21.17 i handed the guy a 100 dollar bill, all the money I had with me, i didn't bring my cards as I figured cash never fails. I hand the guy and the 100 and he opens the register and was getting my change and this lady worker looks over and says, we can't take 100s the guy says I have plenty of change to break it. She again says we'll we can take hundreds. Can walk over to the store and break it,( not right next door, very busy day ) I said no I can't. And she says well we can't take 100s and was gonna throw my food away.. this precious collage aged boy, opened his wallet and put his card in the machine and paid for my food...isn't that just something, he didn't even hesitate, so precious, I know he will be blessed for doing that. But it's sad he had to use his money to pay for my sons food when i am not poor at all and am usually the one helping others. My point is corporations don't give a crap, small businesses do.. spend your money on locally owned businesses. Thank you to the young man who paid for my food. It's nice to see our youth doing these sweet things to help others.

The website says they choose at 10pm, I went by at 9pm and they were closed so I knocked and asked if my friend was working, a lady came to the door and told me she was calling the cops because I was trespassing. I go in and buy food often but I promise you I will never spend money here again.

I would honestly recommend going somewhere else for a sandwich, maybe the other Subway location in Stillwater. Not sure what the issue was, but 4 out of 5 staff members took the time out of their day to be incredibly rude the moment we stepped through the door like we were animals.
One lady refused to speak, only used aggravated hand gestures to serve us. Even rolled her eyes when we told her we were picking up a mobile order. The bonus was when she shoo’d us away when she dropped our order on the counter. Another yelled at my girlfriend for choosing SunChips when we placed our mobile order and barked at us to pick something else (it’s not like we would know they would be out and we had no issue picking another chip). When we walked in the same lady ignored myself and another lady in front of us. When she finally decided to serve us she proceeded to berate the lady in line in front of us for ordering something they didn’t have in stock. The rest of the staff was just standing around and chatting with each other, blatantly ignoring customers.
I understand having a bad day, but this truly was a group effort to be as miserable as possible.

Service has gone down dramatically. Staff moves slower than a snail and basically ignores the huge line of customers.Customer walked in saw line and placed online order and they started making that person's order before the 5 other people that were waiting over 15 minutes to be served.
