The sandwich artist named Vickie was extremely rude and condescending. She laughed at me and huffed and puffed while I was asking for extra pickles she smirked and only put one and then I asked for me and she chuckled and put another SINGLE pickle on the sandwich. She was extremely rude and I was extremely uncomfortable. When I made a comment about her attitude and the way she was treating me her coworker went oh she's just vickie being vickie. I even tried complimenting Vickie on her hair and she was still rude as hell.

Have never been asked 3x what kind of cheese in less then ten seconds then he messed up my daughter in laws call inn order after he told the other guy hey i messed up they packed it up and sent it out we was dining in so we said hey this is wrong and they fixed the order ... brain dead would be a Compliment. Managers need to be present ..then no change on hand really need better training

Got there about 15 minutes before they close , was sorry about that then proceeded to wait , then once it was my turn , got told I needed to leave by a women with a attitude as she said they were closed, never got served and left , man with curly hair was more respectful

Daniel and Orlando are amazing! They have some of the best customer service and we witnessed that with customers that came in after us while we were eating. Food was amazing and done just like we asked, even with us making it difficult.

Worst service ever. Stingy with food. Less than 3 ounces of tuna on foot long. Employee told me was out of certain toppings( tomatoes, onions); when in fact, just putting everything up early way before closing time. Asked employee, who was checking out, “why amount shown on credit card display more than stated total amount”. His reply “thats the old amount” “ just go ahead and tap your card”; when in fact, he was procuring a generous tip for himself. Now I know why he was snickering as I walked off. EMPLOYEES DISHONEST. What little amount of tuna and lettuce made it onto the foot-long was at least edible. Went back the next day to talk to the manager (because as a consumer, I care and the great people of Stillwater deserve a good Subway sandwich shop). The Manager just ignored me and kept waiting on customers in the line behind me. AM I NOT a CUSTOMER?

After 31 years and literally, hundreds, if not, thousands of transactions with them NEVER AGAIN!

Order was incorrect and they wanted to argue that they had mentioned they were out of things and had replaced them. They did not. This location always has something wrong or missing when I go here. The employees don't want to make it right, they just make excuses without resolving the issue.
