I love going here not only for the food but Monica is amazing. If they ever lose her I probably wouldnt go back.

I donāt know what the issue was. The older lady was completely rude, I understand if youāre busy but it would be nice if she was nicer to the customers. I asked her for something politely and she snapped back at me and said āyou need to give her a minuteā she assumed I was asking the younger lady the question when I wasnāt. Iāve worked in the restaurant industry for years and I know whatās it like, so that response was uncalled for. Iām not sure if she was having a bad day but that was uncalled for.

The old lady with glasses is terrible she rushed me. I didn't feel comfortable in there at all. Sad I had to put a 1 star for subway.

i could give them a -100 right now iām trying to cancel a order from their app and they canāt answer the phone iāve call 6 times now im all the way in guthrie yes itās my fault i didnāt make sure it was the right store but they canāt answer still answer

They ruined the interior of this place. I get its a chain restaurant and all but what the hell is this new interior supposed to be? When did we decide every place had to have this cold bleak New York look to it? Its so cold and uncomfortable now and they replaced out comfy booths with hard medal chairs and a giant green letter S thats obnoxious even during the day. So ugly now.

Dietary restrictions: I have celiac disease and Monica and her coworker today were so kind and understanding! They changed gloves and used clean knives for everything so I never came into contact with bread. I make my sandwiches at home so Iāll just get a bowl with all the things I put on a sandwich. Super great service today, I didnāt feel annoying for the first time in a while!

Second time Iāve been to this location and Iām convinced they hire the ārejectsā here. Three employees working. No customers inside. I never got acknowledged as I stood right in front of them⦠they continued to gossip about another employee that wasnāt there. While the two girls were talking away the one guy making a sandwich was legit putting one olive on the sandwich at a time.(assuming it was a pick up order) But I bet they all want to be paid more for what they ādoā. Worst experience and I wonāt be back to this location.

They need more employees if you order ahead good luck getting it when they say it's ready on the app. And they must have a huge turn over rate cause they're always training someone at the register, and when it comes to training you don't have a course before you put them on a shift? It's only on the job training? So unprofessional. Furthermore how hard does it take to learn how to run a cash register?
