Food is good if eating all at once. If you get a footlong and plan to eat half today and half tomorrow the bread always gets soggy.

The worker was Anthony B. I get people have bad days, however, HOLY HELL. cussing, claiming you “hate OSU kids”, throwing the Parmesan tray (lids too, unsanitary) slamming ovens, THROWING MY FOOD DOWN IN FRONT OF ME? Listen, at that big age, temper tantrums are no longer acceptable. I work customer service as well and would never even imagine acting so absolutely insane, especially in front of customers. This place really needs to look into their cameras (if any) and start having some kind of action done. Never in my life have I witnessed something so childish and absurd from a worker. My food was drenched in sauce (to the point it was inedible) and the other sandwich was 80% cheese. Do better, man.

I don’t know what the issue was. The older lady was completely rude, I understand if you’re busy but it would be nice if she was nicer to the customers. I asked her for something politely and she snapped back at me and said “you need to give her a minute” she assumed I was asking the younger lady the question when I wasn’t. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for years and I know what’s it like, so that response was uncalled for. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day but that was uncalled for.

The old lady with glasses is terrible she rushed me. I didn't feel comfortable in there at all. Sad I had to put a 1 star for subway.

i could give them a -100 right now i’m trying to cancel a order from their app and they can’t answer the phone i’ve call 6 times now im all the way in guthrie yes it’s my fault i didn’t make sure it was the right store but they can’t answer still answer
They ruined the interior of this place. I get its a chain restaurant and all but what the hell is this new interior supposed to be? When did we decide every place had to have this cold bleak New York look to it? Its so cold and uncomfortable now and they replaced out comfy booths with hard medal chairs and a giant green letter S thats obnoxious even during the day. So ugly now.

Dietary restrictions: I have celiac disease and Monica and her coworker today were so kind and understanding! They changed gloves and used clean knives for everything so I never came into contact with bread. I make my sandwiches at home so I’ll just get a bowl with all the things I put on a sandwich. Super great service today, I didn’t feel annoying for the first time in a while!
