Second time I’ve been to this location and I’m convinced they hire the “rejects” here. Three employees working. No customers inside. I never got acknowledged as I stood right in front of them… they continued to gossip about another employee that wasn’t there. While the two girls were talking away the one guy making a sandwich was legit putting one olive on the sandwich at a time.(assuming it was a pick up order) But I bet they all want to be paid more for what they “do”. Worst experience and I won’t be back to this location.

They need more employees if you order ahead good luck getting it when they say it's ready on the app. And they must have a huge turn over rate cause they're always training someone at the register, and when it comes to training you don't have a course before you put them on a shift? It's only on the job training? So unprofessional. Furthermore how hard does it take to learn how to run a cash register?

Walked in today to get my son and I some lunch and there was one employee working in the building I didn't get her name but it was morning shift on a Thursday. she was doing her best to keep up with the constant orders and was doing a AMAZING job I mainly just came to brag on her she stayed positive even when I could tell it was getting over wheming with online orders and lunch time rush and on top of that our food was amazing. Subway you should never have just one employee on a shift that's not right she was doing the work of at least three employees.. GIVE HER A RAISE! And hire more people.Kid-friendliness: Yes very

I usually come here and just deal with the lack of efficiency, but when you’re putting door dash orders and grubhub before the people who are physically in the restaurant isn’t the correct way to run an establishment. The man working is also very rude and just made the people before me and myself sit down while he finished the 4 sandwiches. Ridiculous.

If I could put zero stars I would, walked in to an empty place not greeted by either employee completely ignored. Stood in line waiting for 2 mins just to have the fat lady behind the counter rudely tell us that she has to get online orders done first when we tried to order.. rolled her eyes and continued to ignore us while the other girl walked around!?!? If I were the store owner I would definitely considering getting new employees after seeing all the negative reviews on this place.. if the food is not the problem then and obviously the only complaint about this place is there rude ass unwelcoming employees!!!!! We walked out and will not be returning to this locations! Customer service is number one and those employees you have working right now no nothing of that!

I didn't catch their names- but the ladies working today (6/23) were such a delight! I always come in with complicated orders for multiple people and they always get it spot on! They always have the best attitudes and make the process so streamline. The manager also seems to really care about her employees- can't praise them enough!
