How is it on the receipt on the bag and On the receipt itself, it says Doritos Locos taco supreme with no tomato, and you managed to not even put the sour cream on there and you charged me for a supreme? Do your workers not know how to read a screen?

Removed the Build Your Own Cravings Box to roughly double the price of eating here for most people. This place was worth eating at because it was affordable, not because it was good, but now it's neither.
I stood in line inside the restaurant tonight for over five minutes. There were at least 8 people in the kitchen, none of whom acknowledged me. Nothing. Nada. I get that they were busy filling drive-thru and food delivery orders, but all it would take is a brief 'be right with you.' Bottom line - I won't be going back.

I fear this location has no desire to promote customer retention. I get that it’s a Thursday night, I get that it was busy, but the 6 cars they denied service too (I was the second car behind the last order they accepted) waited in line for over 40 minutes. We had placed an online order (we got to the speaker at 2:01am). On top of that, we were all forced to wait in line regardless while we waited for the truck (the last order) to get their food. No one came outside to say anything to us, but a worker could leave the kitchen to ask “who’s honking?”. They were honking at the drunk girls running in line.

There's been a running pattern of trash tier service and brutal incompetence at this location.

Ordered food via uber eats at 8:45. Driver informed me at 9:30 the restaurant was closed. Maybe going forward show the restaurant closed earlier or at least fulfill existing orders.

Employee told me if I wanted to order just use the kiosk instead of taking my order. Super rude customer service. Will not be going back to this location.

I am a door dasher. I waited 45mins in line for the order. When i received it the food was cold. I asked for them to remake it for the customer I was delivering taco bell to. The shift lead or whatever you wanna call her she has glasses curly black hair African American. She told me she couldn't remake it was very rude and disrespectful and told me I need to go dash else's where. Very un professional for the food industry I hope she loses her job

Why is the chili cheese burrito so effing expensive? It started on the volume menu years ago and now it's one of the most expensive items they sell. What a rip

I've been in twice recently to get the 80's classic, a Meximelt. The first time there was no melt, not a speck of cheese. The second time it was mostly meat sauce, again almost no cheese and so soggy you needed silver ware. When I asked to talk to the manager they fobbed me off on a clerk who was rude and insisted they knew how to make one. Apparently not. BTW the cheesarito was delish! It also didn't help that with 2 people with the same name they handed out the food to the wrong person and then acted like it was our fault for not calling last names. Taco Bueno is across the street. They are always shorthanded but you do get what you ordered.
We went through the drive through and didn’t get all of our food whenever we went back we stood inside for 15mins waiting for someone to help us but no one came when a couple of them were standing around nothing
Listen here I love this place but we need to have a conversation about a few things...First off when they hit lunch rush at all i can feel the employee morale going down either or because of the manger being down thier throat to hurry with no reinforcement of doing a good job or the customers being impatient or bossy with thier food. Let's be clear to the managers and the costumers, you do not pay the employees, the company for Taco Bell pays the employees. These people work hard to pay for rent they can barley afford, give them a complement, a genuine thank you or if you have a big loud truck turn if off in the drive thu so its easier to hear the other orders. Speaking of drive thu, y'all need someone out there to manage it. It causes to much trouble trying to get the food in the first place and I hate to say this but you can't complain about rush if you do nothing to help fix traffic problems. Just send someone out there for 5 mins to reassure the costumers that your moving as fast as you can and if they need anything for now. Or get another employe with an I pad to help take orders so its quicker. Lastly, the food is food. It corporate food so it's bound to be mid but for a taco bell I'd give it overall a solid 7/10.

I waited to order at the counter for five minutes. an employee finally acknowledged and looked at me, and asked what was up. I said I was ready to order. He said "we're busy" and went back to what he was doing. I just walked out. There's no option to order except the kiosks, and they don't accept cash.
