Will not go into detail how all 3 items I purchased were not right. What I will say is something seems to have happened in this restaurant in the past 3 weeks. I live an hour away but when I visited this location the 1st week of Oct, I got terrific service and terrific food. Yesterday? Terrible food and so so service. The food experience was so disappointing I will NOT be returning ever again. There's no fixing what went wrong. The worst offense? A straw wrapper IN MY BUENO BURGER. Hope you have a better experience than I did if you choose to go here. Seems it might be a hit or miss experience these days. Just my opinion. UPDATE: They never offered me a meal or anything. I would NOT eat at this location and I USED TO LOVE THS LOCATION. Far as I'm concerned saying you'll address something w/out offering compensation of some sort is WILD to me. Perhaps they don't know I live and HOUR from that store. Happened to be in town so I stopped by. Perhaps a gift card or a gas card should have been offered. Meant to call corporate. Let it slide. May have to make that call after all. Thanks for reading...go to Del Taco or DON PIBIL GRILL (they're the BEST in Stilly anyway), T Bell, Mayo, anywhere but here.

New one in Stillwater was nice...thought the food would be a little bit better. Extremely long wait in the drive thru. Not sure why, they were not that busy. Nore did the people in front of me have large orders.

I usually grab a whole Lotta box which can take some time; depending on how busy they are. Today was perfect. The service was great and the staff was helpful.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Slow staff, incorrect order. Had to go back and order again for missing items. Zero communication when it came to sides for part of the order. Watched someone touching their face and nose and then just glove up and make food. Absolutely ruined the trip to Stillwater. Definitely not going again. Just go to Taco Bell instead.

This was our last visit to Taco Bueno in Stillwater. Rice and quesadilla were left off the drive thru order so I had to go inside (completely negating the super efficient drive thru experience) the person who made the quesadilla scratched herself , yes, THERE! Then used the same gloved hand to scoop my rice into the bowl before handing it uncovered to the sniffling cashier. I threw the bag in the trash at home. Never again.
They were excellent today. Drive thru was quick, food was great, and employees were nice!

I think they have the best cheese quesadillas. Gave the service such a low rating because had to give my order 3 times at the speaker and 2 more times at the window. Wanted party tacos, got the regular size ones plus an extra. But no clue if that's what I paid for. The receipt I was given had a total but no itemization. Super happy that the cheese quesadilla was right because she kept thinking I wanted chicken.
