I think they have the best cheese quesadillas. Gave the service such a low rating because had to give my order 3 times at the speaker and 2 more times at the window. Wanted party tacos, got the regular size ones plus an extra. But no clue if that's what I paid for. The receipt I was given had a total but no itemization. Super happy that the cheese quesadilla was right because she kept thinking I wanted chicken.

This place is awful, dirty, and the one person who could actually speak English couldn't be bothered to speak to the customers she just stared at you waiting on you to speak while she picked at her nails. I told her there was no ice in the ice machine. She went and filled the ice bucket, but not sure where she dumped it. I asked the other lady to fill my cups with ice and she was a little irritated about having to do it.

Waited in line for 40 minutes just to get up to the window and they still don’t have the food ready. There’s one guy working in the whole restaurant. I have gone to this taco Bueno, my entire life, and I will never go back. Got in line at 12:55, ordered at 12:58 got to the window at 1:35 just got them to tell me they still don’t have my order ready.

Seriously this Bueno sucks. Open and close times change frequently. They mess up orders all the time and the food has gotten worse and prices go up.
Low on staff. Took 30 minutes for dine in. Wasn't sure if he was an employee, but a man was constantly saying he was leaving and never left. Drive-thru seemed like a better option...next time.

The food from here is decent, but the service is awful and extremely slow- particularly for the drive through. Stood for 30 minutes in line without moving. There were not that many cars in line

I love the food, but when there are people waiting to order, they need to be addressed. But, it was kinda entertaining, we got to watch a “ Karen showdown”. This is shocking but, the Karen’s were in the right. Great food, horrible service.
