Seriously this Bueno sucks. Open and close times change frequently. They mess up orders all the time and the food has gotten worse and prices go up.

Low on staff. Took 30 minutes for dine in. Wasn't sure if he was an employee, but a man was constantly saying he was leaving and never left. Drive-thru seemed like a better option...next time.

The food from here is decent, but the service is awful and extremely slow- particularly for the drive through. Stood for 30 minutes in line without moving. There were not that many cars in line

I love the food, but when there are people waiting to order, they need to be addressed. But, it was kinda entertaining, we got to watch a â Karen showdownâ. This is shocking but, the Karenâs were in the right. Great food, horrible service.

The lady taking orders was too busy yelling at other workers in Spanish to keep her focus on the customer in front of her. We waited in line for WAY too long and was just 2nd in the line. Worst experience we've had at any Taco Bueno. She continued yelling in Spanish the whole time we were there.

If ur wanting to eat donât go here! I went inside to eat with my wife and son, literally stood at front counter for 4-5min. Seen 3-4 employees they seen me but not one of them said a word nor took my order. We ended up walking out and going to Taco Bell.

Literally the worst experience Iâve ever had at any food place in Stillwater. The person taking orders at the drive through was incredibly rude and even sighed while I was ordering. When I got to the window they had no idea what I ordered so I had to order again at the window which took forever and finally when I thought it was all over I realized they forgot to give me my card back. 0/10 if I could give this place 0 stars I would. I will never come back ever again.
