Fifth time at Tex RHouse Stillwater Ok. Fifth time I ordered an 8 Oz steak, medium….Fifth time my steak was cooked well under done..it was actually medium rare. I preferred medium. Grandson enjoys Tx RdHouse and a medium rare steak so that is the only reason I go there. I did not eat any of the steak. Put it in a box for grandson to eat at home. I will no longer EVER order a steak from Tx RdHouse again…Fifth time is not the charm! I will I order chicken next time. Our server was great!! I mentioned to the manager the cooks/chefs should be retrained on how to cook a steak besides medium rare. I think they just try to slam the meat out as fast as possible. Teresa Moon

Whomever their cook was today 12-13-25 at 3pm was not good at all.. my Ribeye came out over cooked (well done) after asking for medium rare. They sent it back and when i got my second one it was still well done and extremely dry. Until they get a different cook i recommend a different steak house.

We had a possibly new waitress. She spoke softly and didnt really know the menu. I got my salad and we waited a bit for my husbands, but he finally had to ask for his. We ordered a ribeye received a sirloin. Overall experience tonight was disappointing. We frequent this location and normally the staff is extra friendly with big smiles. Tonight no one was smiling and it was quiet and blah. Surprising, just missed the bubbly atmosphere.

Had the 8 oz. Sirloin with grilled shrimp. Shrimp was good but my sirloin was pretty dry. Good flavor, but no juices. Service was great.

Disappointed as a Veteran 23 years and still working and who worked out if town I was not able to get a voucher from the BS 11-2 on 11-11-25. Upon arrival around 5 oclock no voucher and you were sold out. WILL NOT EAT HERE EVER AGAIN. TAKE DOWN YOUR SUPPORT SIGNS TURNING AWAY WORKING VETERANS WHO DONT WANT TO SIT IN YOUR LOBBY FOR HOURS FOR A COOKIE CUTTER MEAL.

Waiter Dalton was amazing. Food was ok a little over priced for the meal but over all the service made up for the lacking of food quality. Definitely know it was someone not so experienced in grilling steaks..but had a great time nonetheless
