After paying almost $50 for 3 meals we waited 30 minutes for our food after watching 15 people who came after us got their food we finally got ours and took it to go. They absolutely butchered our order with plain burgers and missing fries. Terrible customer service.

I always praise this place but tonight they couldn’t even bother to serve me a cheeseburger with melted cheese. I’m truly heartbroken. I am ashamed to have recommended this place to people who trusted my opinion, I have let them down. Just like double B let me down. I pray that my double B redeems themselves. Went in last night after the Boys From Oklahoma Concert. The staff was very friendly, very professional. The front manager was being verbally abused by a drunk and never lost her temper even smiled the whole time. The food was amazing I had the double cheeseburger and I was upset that I didn't order another.

I was so disappointed from what I received and what I saw on the menu! The burger was incredibly small with an even smaller portion of burnt oil fries!! It was over $12 which was supposedly a special! My burger was cold inside and no flavor! I asked for tomato and they didn't have any... should have been my first clue! They gave me two packets of mayonnaise when I asked for extra!! I'm so mad and feel robbed!! Buyer beware of the amount you get for the money, not worth it at all! Will never be back!!
