The food overall can be quite good, make sure if you want less sugar to ask for it in the smoothie. I've had a few issues, but they provide excellent customer service!

I really love the smoothies and so does my 12 year old. I was so excited the first couple times I ordered the veggie hummus wrap. UNFORTUNATELY, the last couple times I ordered it, half of the ingredients were missing. All that was in it were a few black beans, rice, and lettuce that looked questionable. No hummus or cheese.I am only reviewing because the first couple times I had this wrap they were so good. I was down for surgery and it was hard to make sure I got the right nutrition. They were a perfect balance for healing!

It took 6 minutes for them to make one Smoothie, and 85% of the time it was just sitting unblended. No the store was not busy, they simply prioritized washing dishes over finishing the smoothie they started.

Food was okay, but the service was mediocre. It was just two guys working and they ignored me until they were done talking. I wouldn’t have cared if they were actually working or at least apologetic, but they weren’t. They just stood two feet away from the register and chatted for a good 2-3 minutes before even acknowledging me…

Ordered the hummus wrap, and shortly later, regretted it…. My homeless rapper was soggy and looked inedible. An ad for the insult after paying $20 for my meal they forgot to put all of my items in the bag so I had to go back around and get into the long drive-through again just to retrieve my size. The quality of food and customer service has already gone down at this place so sad because I liked tropical smoothie.

I guess I’m just a bit confused…I ordered through DoorDash, but the dasher told me the store was closed at 7:00 PM when he got there? Its a Thursday…
I understand the weather affected things today, however, they should have closed out the third party delivery channels before closing the store. Additionally, the dasher told me that a woman was still there and refused to make the order. I think that’s rude! She should have at least satisfied the last customer of the evening before heading home.
I spend roughly 30 a week there, so I’m a somewhat frequent customer. I’d like to get a follow up with ownership please!

The lady making the smoothies did not have on gloves and repeatedly rubbed her nose with hands. She then made my Detox island green. She touched all the ingredients and veggies plus the ice scoop and never washed her hands. She also made other smoothies for the drive-through with dirty hands. This happened 11/12/24 at 11:21am. Gross!

Great food! I highly recommend the Caribbean jerk or Thai chicken wraps. That said, if you visit, do not use the drive-thru unless you have plenty of time to wait. I visited at 1pm thinking I would avoid some of the lunch rush and still waited a total of 40 minutes in the drive-thru just to get a smoothie. Completely unacceptable.
