Went in to get a smoothie, all I had was 100 dollar bills, was told they couldn't break it so they couldn't serve me. 🤷 10/10 if you have 100 dollar bills don't go here I guess.

Everytime I get something here whether it’s a bowl or a smoothie, it is either always incorrect or always bad. I just got a acai bowl and it was so melted, consistency was like water. Always come back and always disappointed.

My smoothie had too much ice in it, it was icy & not well blended, the flavor was very faint due to the amount of ice in my smoothie. i’ve been to many locations & have never had this problem.

The food overall can be quite good, make sure if you want less sugar to ask for it in the smoothie. I've had a few issues, but they provide excellent customer service!

I really love the smoothies and so does my 12 year old. I was so excited the first couple times I ordered the veggie hummus wrap. UNFORTUNATELY, the last couple times I ordered it, half of the ingredients were missing. All that was in it were a few black beans, rice, and lettuce that looked questionable. No hummus or cheese.I am only reviewing because the first couple times I had this wrap they were so good. I was down for surgery and it was hard to make sure I got the right nutrition. They were a perfect balance for healing!
It took 6 minutes for them to make one Smoothie, and 85% of the time it was just sitting unblended. No the store was not busy, they simply prioritized washing dishes over finishing the smoothie they started.

I wouldn’t have cared if they were actually working or at least apologetic, but they weren’t. They just stood two feet away from the register and chatted for a good 2-3 minutes before even acknowledging me…

Ordered the hummus wrap, and shortly later, regretted it…. My homeless rapper was soggy and looked inedible. An ad for the insult after paying $20 for my meal they forgot to put all of my items in the bag so I had to go back around and get into the long drive-through again just to retrieve my size. The quality of food and customer service has already gone down at this place so sad because I liked tropical smoothie.
