Usually have a good experience. I've noticed if we order more than 2 combos, there's always something missing so check your bags.

Light doesn't work on outside menu
I got 2 packs of 10 nuggets they only gave me 1 pack of 10 nuggets and gave mine to my brother my brothers kids meal bag was empty they also said it was $15,62 and when we got to the window they insisted it was $20,39 I do not recommend eating here

We went to go in and have breakfast. The door was locked. It wad 6:58 am. Generally restaurants open the door when they see customers. Nope. So we waited for the door to open. 7:04 am. A customer had been served at the drive through. He stopped and told us that the manager was not opening the door until they had another employee(s). Wow! Couldn't let us know they weren't open the door because they were short staff. They clearly knew we were there. When we arrived I saw them looking at us as we parked the truck and trailer. Off to Braums we went. Door was open, staff greated us immediately and enjoyed a hot breakfast.

Standard Wendy's, but this location always seems to be relatively untidy. The drink and condiments area is always poorly stocked and uncleaned. Bathroom was, surprisingly, clean.

This place was so dirty. All tables filthy. Floor horrible. And a sweaty dude at the registry dripping sweat in counter

Why have a phone if your not going to answer? I get if your busy but it's been 10+ minutes of me waiting for them to answer then hanging up and me calling again.
Crazy like do your job? We've all had customer service jobs like this it's not that hard to answer a phone.

Went thru drive thru and got breakfast sandwich and coffee. Both were fresh and delicious. They used to open at 6:30 but now open at 7:00.
