This is a great Whataburger store. These guys are so professional they get things done quickly. They’re always apologetic. If for some reason it takes a little bit longer than usual. I absolutely love this store and the people that work here.

The customer service was great. The food not so much. Maybe it's personal taste but the fries were mediocre and the burger was salty. The employees were phenomenal but I'm not a fan of the food.
After midnight, drive through takes more than an hour!

Put a DoorDash order into this Whataburger, took them 2 hours, I finally called them and they said they were bagging it up, part of me wonders if it was just sitting there the whole time and they just forgot about it, then when it got to me 2 hours later the order was wrong. I understand it can get busy at times but it should not take 2 hours to get fast food.

Ordered a 14 honey bbq wings, and a patty melt, she repeated this back to use then charged us for a 3pc strip, jalapeño burger, and 2 spicy chicken strips. I did not get the 2 chicken strips, nor the wings. Completely messed up the order and over charged us, very sad.
